“Forgotten Star has become one of my favorites. A good selection of good beer, dog friendly, and a great space. Having both indoor and outdoor spaces with ample social distancing is super. Plus bocce, and rumors of curling this winter. And a food truck dock too!“

“A really great experience. For us, different new cuisine, made in an accessible and delicious way. The plating was appetizing. The bison, soups and yes....the snack like popcorn crickets were our favorites. A very helpful server and all the staff was friendly and nice. Very glad we went on a visit from New York. Their drink menu has so many cool and unique cocktails that are different from any I have had before. Then there is the food...I literally think about the Chicken Sandwich daily. My daughter went 3 times the first week they were open, and continues to go weekly! There isn't an item in the menu that I've tried that is anything less than AMAZING! “We held our company Christmas Party at their beautiful restaurant and had such a great time! The staff were so attentive and wonderful to interact with throughout the whole evening! We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. We would highly recommend anyone looking to host a party to come here! Now if you are just looking for a bite to eat for a date night or family night out, they also have you covered. No matter what plans you have this is the spot to be! A huge thanks to Lake and Irving for all they did for us and a massive thank you to Chris the chef! “Stopped in to Cosmic Coffee the other morning on a whim, and believe I just may have found my new favorite coffee shop in NE. Cosmic Coffee feels like an old school coffee shop, the ones that were about people connecting with people. Actual real live PEOPLE!!! Not only was the coffee delicious- expertly prepared by Dusty-but it was so refreshing to be around people laughing, conversing and connecting not just working away on laptops. If you want a great cup of coffee in a cozy, warm space of brick, wood and eclectic decor that does not feel like a sterile white hipster tech haven, please please give Cosmic a visit! And I recommend a lavender mocha!!“

“Extremely friendly atmosphere and staff. Our server, Jackson, has the best personality. Being our first visit, he explained the ingredients and recommended to try different sauces which were great. We asked to speak with his manager and Danny was just as kind. It’s nice to see a manager supporting his team with pride.“

“A small unassuming shop, but the food knocked our socks off! We loved the flavors of the Montego Bay bowl and my wife did a build-your-own bowl which was also fantastic. Fresh mango and veggies on the side were delicious - but the Calypso egg rolls were just amazing. They have a bold crunch and a delicious sauce that I just can't get over. “This place is small but BOY is it good! Their flavors are more upscale and unique compared to your typical scoop shop. Sometimes I feel like places are trying to make these new fangled flavors just to seem cool and edgy, but not here. These flavors ACTUALLY work. Are they cool and edgy? Maybe. The vibe of this place is really interesting, especially the décor.The adult beverage list is extensive and reasonably priced.My brother and I ordered the Wagu Butter Burger - 10/10! Maybe tope 3 burgers I've ever had in my life. It was perfection. The fries were also a cut above.My wife's Mediterranean sampler tasted fine, but she said my burger was better.No complaints at all. This adorable little old grandma made what ever looked good at the market into beautiful courses. This meal brought me back to there, 17 years ago. The pizza is always fresh, looks AMAZING, tastes GREAT, AND THE OWNER HANDS YOU YOUR FOOD WITH PRIDE! Oh! Yes, vegan sausage (soy) and vegan cheese (non soy ? ) available. One of my visits, there was a young man doing homework and eating pizza. It was a picturesque moment of a student after school hanging at the pizza spot. The prices are decent, too. Even though I do carry out, I made sure to tip because of the quality service and food.The photos are the first visit. Each visit after has been just as beautiful and tasty. “Urban Growler did not disappoint. We were there for a paint your pet fundraiser and were upstairs in the event space. The staff was very nice, taking food and beverage requests for the group and delivering them upstairs. I appreciated the time one of the employees took to answer my many questions about the beer and seltzer options. I chose the Growling Mule, which was delicious. The space was welcoming, bathroom was clean, with the biggest win being the option of food at the brewery. I posted multiple pictures of the outside space and of The Barrel Room. “We recently enjoyed the the Köld Kolsch from Fair State. We do like our kolsch beers and we enjoyed this one fairly well. It had all the features and highlights like a kolsch should. With this beer the flavor highlights are crisp ,clean, bready and some presence of graininess.It was a very refreshing beer and one that we liked quite a bit as the heat of midsummer cranked up a few notches when we enjoyed this Kolsch a few weeks ago.“

Comfortable taproom alongside a great patio (the patio gets covered with an event tent and heaters in the colder months). Great free bingo and trivia having great prizes. “I rented the Empire Room for my dads surprise birthday party and it was PERFECT. The space was beautiful and clean. Grace was great to work with start to finish. Everything was super seamless in terms of questions, billing, contract, etc. We did drink tickets and had the tap available right in the room. “Ok, I'm visiting Minneapolis to see my kids and grandkids, and my two sons and I decided to come to a new dinner and drinks spot. We were quite impressed by the food! OMG! I had the goat cheese toast and it was superb. I know what you're thinking...goat cheese toast??? Yes! It has the creamiest goat cheese with candied walnuts, thyme, figs, honey, pesto, and a balsamic reduction on a toasted ciabatta. Wow! All those flavors in my mouth made me want to sing!! Hahaha We also got the lemon Caesar salad, and the BBQ Brisket Melt. So good! BBQ flavor was rich and delicious, with a juicy and tender brisket. We also ordered ALL the desserts. LOL The pistachio cheese was, hands down, the best cheesecake I have ever had. What a surprisingly delectable taste combination. The pistachio with the creamy cheesecake, think graham cracker crust and the whipped cream and ice cream was so delicious, I made a scene. Haha! The pineapple Bundt cake was soft, moist , pineapply and so damn good. The chocolate torte was good, delicious but nothing super surprising. The strawberry shortcake was the dessert I was most excited about, but it was disappointing. We did not like it. The shortcake had a really strong bitter flavor. Weird and not pleasant at all. We sent it back, it was that disappointing. But...the rest of the food and beverages were absolutely a do-over! We will be back!!!!“

“This is a fun dog friendly, child friendly brewery. It was very busy when we stopped by for a beer before a soccer game. The bar tenders were friendly, quick and patient. The Lake monster theme is fun. There is quite a bit of seating inside and a large patio. You can order food from a place across the patio and they will deliver it right to you. The beer was good.“

“Just "discovered" this wonderful place yesterday between performances by Ten Thousand Things at Luminary Arts Center 2 doors down! Customer service was friendly, joyful, expert, and truy welcoming even 20 minutes before closing (and beyond). My decaf Mocha and Cuban panini were both superlative and hit the spot. I especially loved the little free library and the cozy atmosphere. I will return as often as I can!“

“Wonderful spot in Uptown for a sweet afternoon treat with plenty of options. The place is clean and welcoming, with plenty of natural light. We tried a special flavor for Arab Heritage Month called Shosho. This is a mango-based ice cream with crushed pistachio and rose toffee. Absolutely delicious. Not too fruity, not too nutty. Perfect balance of flavors. Will definitely be visiting again to try more flavors!“

“The place doesn't look much from the front, but the atmosphere is actually quite nice once you walk down the hallway (passing the glass wall behind the bar) and into the main restaurant. On warmer days, the patio looks like it would be an excellent place to hang out. The main part of their menu looked like a build-it-yourself type of thing. Pick tacos, burrito, quesadilla, etc. Then you can pick your protein, style, and sauce. I ended up choosing a Burrito Bowl with Carnitas Street Style. The food tasted great. It was obviously made with fresh ingredients. I was surprised later when I looked at the menu again and saw that it cost me an extra dollar to get the Burrito Bowl, thus saving them the tortilla. I wish the waiter would have mentioned the up charge, although I probably would have gotten the bowl anyway. As I do at most Mexican restaurants -- well, all restaurants -- I got an unsweetened iced tea. Much to my surprise, they charge for tea by the glass. No refills. Again, mentioning this when ordering would have been helpful. Personally, I have trouble paying $4 for iced tea in my at Starbucks... but at least I get free refills. Here, the glasses were much smaller, and again, no refills. At least the tea here tasted good. They checked me out tableside using ApplePay, which was nice. I didn't get an itemized bill. And I'm not quite sure if they tacked on a gratuity or not. Unlike normal, they didn't turn the POS terminal around and ask me to enter a tip amount. Bottom line... not sure if I will go back or not. The food was good. So was the atmosphere. The food was reasonably priced. What may keep me away is that each tiny glass of ice tea (tiny, by my standards) is $4.“

“Such a great place!! Cute little shop in up town with plenty of parking in the streets around. Well thought out cute and earthy decor. Lots of customization available for acai bowls too, which I really appreciate!! The bowls are made so fresh and I appreciate the laborious service of doing that. “Insight Brewing and Taproom is a large, expansive, local taproom, with polite and friendly staff behind the bar. There are lots and lots of seating options, including a suedo "living room" showing movies, long "Munich Oktoberfest" style high-top tables, bar stools at the long and curving bar, and a number of intimate booths and cubbie areas to snuggle up with your "significant other".Insight has a large parking lot located on the West side of the facility, and is convenient in location being just a couple of blocks west of 280.Atmosphere is down-home comfortable, with a good mix of ages throughout the taproom. Great vibe! Dogs are certainly allowed, and there were many of them present last night. The taproom offers a wide variety of beers on tap, including 6 - 7 THC seltzers and limited release collab beers. There are also a couple of kombucha and soda NA options.Only downside for me last night was the strong smell of cleaning fluids wafting throughout the brewery. Granted, I showed up approximately 1.5 hours prior to closing, so the staff was cleaning up prior to close. But it was a strong smell just the same, and messed up my taste of the otherwise delicious beers I had there last night (I tried the Level Up, a classic American Pale Ale and their Night Shift - a delicious, heavy, dark and semi-sweet porter). In terms of the cleaning smell, I am thankful that they ARE cleaning the taproom with the strong chemicals! Good health for all!Overall, great experience at Insight!“

“I've been to AceBridge a couple of times. The first time, my group of 4 did the simple tasting. The owner happened to be there so he did the tasting and we ended up getting so much more. Not only did he end up letting us sample more than expected, he also gave us a great lesson on his company and the evolution of wine in MN.Last weekend, I was back with a group of 11. This time we were there for the limo tour (listed on their website). I highly recommend. We all had such a good time. It was completely worth the cost when we split it up evenly per person.“
