“I was sobbing on the store floor once and a worker walked up to me and, with his soft hand on my shoulder, asked “what’s wrong, why are you crying” and I looked up and said “it is because of how incredible the staff here treats me.” We then started doing UWU faces to each others and became rap buddies ever since.“

“This is a great place. The owners are cool and fun to talk to. The baked goods are very high quality and affordable. A lot of other bakeries have stuff that tastes like bland butter mixed with sugar but this place has very good flavor. Not too sweet, high quality ingredients. They also sell food such as sambusas, ful and tibbs which are fresh and tasty! The coffee is good too“

“What an amazing restaurant the food was absolutely delicious. I got the combination Guanaca and it was well balanced and delicious. The fried plantain really added an extra layer of texture and depth to an amazing meal. Our server was very professional and friendly and really enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. Hopefully if we are in the area again this is a must stop. I will be recommending this restaurant to my friends and family.“

Highly recommend!The space is kind of small, if you go at a busy time, may be better to get the treats to go. “My husband and I finally checked out this neighborhood spot for dinner and loved it! We had a the Cajun cheesesteak, mushroom Swiss burger with watermelon mojito lemonade. Tasty baked fries and yummy dipping sauces.We took a piece of cheesecake to go and wow! It was top tier! Obviously some secret family recipe made with love and well-honed craft. 10-10.We're excited to come back and try the bowls and other cheesesteaks.“

“The food was genuinely amazing, best cafe/Diner hashbrowns I've had in YEARS! and the server Mai was extremely polite and pleasant to interact with. Most meals are close to 15$ which might seem slightly pricey but it's genuinely worthit for the quality of the food. The coffe while simple is delicious as well, if you get some 100% get their reccomended house made French vanilla cream with it, it gives it a dulcé de leché flavor and is a 10/10 on flavor.“

“Had such a great visit here today! We were able to visit with the kitties without a reservation on a Tuesday morning. The kitties seemed happy and healthy and the environment was clean and seemed well cared for. There were so many lovely cats and it was fun to spend time with them. One climbed into my lap to snuggle for a bit wich I loved. The staff was super friendly and one of the kitties literally jumped into the staff members arms for a cuddle during the hour change over wich I thought was adorable. Obviously the staff here care very much for the cats and the cats love them back.Coffee was delicious as well. Will definitely be back ?“

“Ate dinner here on recommendation of a friend. Great food, served fresh, hot and fast. Had the spaghetti and garlic toast special. Was delicious. Huge serving also. Hubby had the grilled ham and cheese and subbed onion rings for the chips. Another winner. Had strawberry rhubarb pie for dessert- was really good and hit the spot. Laura was our waitress, attentive and friendly. Will be back!“

“This place is truly the only food spot in Minneapolis I crave regularly. I only took 1 star away because 100% of the time I've sat in, they forget my bakery item and then are sold out and can't offer me anything. However, the sesame croissant is to die for so I always take my chances or at least order at the register.“

Their drinks are excellent—one of my favorites is their horchata latte, and there are a ton of great specialty options among the more traditional coffee drinks. The staff here are friendly and quick, and the space is welcoming, well-decorated, and is great as both a quick workspace or as a spot to catch up with friends. They also conveniently sell their amazing roast coffee in the store which is a plus!Another great thing about their cafe are all of their absolutely delicious pastries, they are fresh and super tasty. “This is a hidden gem! I went into Rewind next door and was craving my afternoon chai afterwards. I'm still on a Starbucks boycott so I've been trying to go to local coffee shops and I saw The Coffee Shop next door! I ordered the Killer Chai (which is amazing) and the chocolate chip banana bread (also incredible!). The staff was super friendly and I felt very welcomed and safe, I will definitely be back!“

The tater tots were seasoned perfectly and the aioli added a great flavor. I also had an apple juice but they have a wide variety of drinks on the menu. I did order this to go, but the service was fairly quick and the people are nice! Definitely would recommend!“

“It's decent, and they have a pour over. I don't know that this is the best roaster in the city. The pour overs were all on the weak side, and the beans I bought ended up being a little rough. I like the place and the people there were nice. I don't know that they have their roasting dialed in, however.“

“The biscuits and gravy are delicious!My husband ordered the banana bread french toast, which was also scrumptious. You can get it with or without chocolate ganache.The chairs aren't super comfortable and they have very limited outside seating,which is why I'm not giving it 5 stars.The food, coffee and tea are delicious.It's a great local spot, and we love local.“

“Welcoming & a Vibe. This is a real gem, a diamond in the rough. There is no place quite like Cafetto. It is punk, it is cozy, it is filled with music but it’s peaceful at the same time. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and apt at making the perfect cup of joe or chai of choice. If you need a place to vibe, work, or have some fun (especially with the plethora of pinball machines in the basement), this is the place to be. I just wish there was a location in St. Cloud, but to me this place alone is worth the drive!“

“I love Ginkgo but hadn't been there in a couple months. I went to get some iced tea and my favorite tuna salad sandwich after work today. The two employees there, two young women/people who served me were SO kind, sweet, helpful and most importantly-personable. Thank you Ginkgo!“

“Disappointing experience. The server came at once and brought my 2 year old juice immediately without asking me, her mother. Luckily they didn't charge for it but I see in the menu they could have. The server didn't know what mac and cheese was, so I had to point to "macaroni and cheese" on the menu. The sign that brought us in said "$8.99 Special Omelet Seniors 10% Off." I was happy to go in for an $8.99 omelet and after consuming a coffee found out the special was French toast. The sign meant seniors get 10% off omelets. Don't want to ruin the business with less than 4 stars but won't return.“

“This brunch spot is adorable and has excellent food and drinks. The service wasn’t great - no one explained to us the self serve area vs full service area when we walked in, just stared at us. Another group walked in behind us and the staff then proceeded to explain everything quite kindly to them. The staff member that took our order at the counter acted quite annoyed and barely spoke to us.“
