“Mark was the only one working when we visited. He was extremely accommodating and patient with my children and my own requests. I am incredibly impressed by how mellow he remained during the time when a long line formed, and he was working on an online order at the same time as our order. I'm not a regular Subway visitor here or at any Subway for that matter. “I'm a regular at this Potbelly and always have great experiences. The staff is extremely fast and friendly and my food always tastes great. However, there was a little hiccup today that I'm hoping can be cleared up. When ordering, I asked if the BOGO was only offered if I ordered through the app or if I could get it ordering in person. They told me I could use the app to scan at the end and the BOGO would be applied. When I got to the checkout, there was no option to use the BOGO, to which a different employee said that promotion was only through the app. Had the first person told me that, I would have stepped out of line and ordered through the app. It's not a big deal, and I will continue coming back, but it would be nice if the employees were all on the same page about promotions being offered and how they worked.“

“Subway was great. The property own sucked. After eating I was on my phone in my vehicle he approached and told me to leave. The phone conversation lasted 7.35 minutes. I even showed him the cup and cookies I still had. He said loitering is not allowed cannot just sit out here. Leave or the cops will be called. The guy was a dick.“
“I put in an online order to take advantage of the BOGO offer. I much prefer in person ordering and paying in cash, but a free sandwich is a free sandwich. The two young woman at the counter was finishing up another order, and greeted me promptly. I let her know I had just entered an online order, she and another employee immediately started the order, took the time to make sure verything was correct, bagged it, and were very polite, professional, and friendly. The sandwiches were great, bread was fresh, other ingredients were also. There are a handful of Subways in my area, but this one is ALWAYS a good experiance. I find myself going out of my way to use this location over others that may be closer.“

Eventually you get used to it. I had 3 large subs made today by Braeden (apologies if I got his name wrong). My order was a vague text message from a friend and Braeden was patient with me as I read out the order, asked questions to make sure the order was correct, referred to me as "sir", polite and prompt, and his general attitude tells me that he enjoys this job which is rare nowadays. He was the only employee there I could see and everything in the store appeared stocked and clean. Two thumbs up from me, I hope Subway treats him well.“

“Please GM see this and reward employee. I'm leaving a review because they have an oustanding staff named Kong who works here. I hardly eat out, but I came in one day and he was the only employee and the place was exceptionally clean, and when he made my sandwhich it was with LOVE. So orderly, put together well, and 100% accommodated to what I wanted. He was really easy to talk with and made it a genuinely pleasant interaction. You can tell this staff named KONG is 100% integral and in his words "it has to be the quality i would serve myself and family." I came back the next day and he made me a good sandwhich again. I think it's important to acknowledging nice and hard working. The survey on yhe receipt didn't work for me. So here's what I would have shared instead.“
“They go above and beyond here, I went and purchase a Starbucks gift card for one of the gals working that day, that went above and beyond to ensure my food stayed fresh when I had an issue with Uber Eats Take-out (a few weeks ago, just getting the time now to make my review) while ordering and directed to the wrong location by Uber twice, after calling and speaking with someone at this location they insisted they put my food in the cooler and even remade my sandwich that sat for a while (which I never would ask for, but they did on their own). Now that’s exceptional service in my book!“
“I frequent this Jimmy John's location and have never had a bad experience, so I was surprised to see such a low rating. The food is consistently great. The service is always freaky fast. I'm not so sure about ambiance as I usually use the drive through. I also had to get on here to shout out for my free birthday sandwich. I had signed up for their rewards program years ago, but I don't remember getting a free sandwich for my birthday before. I was pretty happy they gave me a few weeks to use the free sandwich code, since I was out of town for my actual birthday. Sign up for their rewards program ASAP.“
