“Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting the Subway franchise in Lakeville and I was quite pleased with my experience. The standout of my meal was definitely my sandwich - it was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were fresh, and the bread was soft and perfectly toasted. The staff was attentive and assembled my sandwich exactly to my liking.However, I do have a minor issue with the cookies. In my experience, the quality of the cookies at this location tends to be hit or miss. Sometimes, they are perfectly baked, moist and chewy, while at other times, they can be a bit on the dry side. Fortunately, you can usually tell by looking at them whether they are going to be dry or not. So, just keep an eye out for the fresher batches.All in all, my visit to this Subway was a pleasant one. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. I would recommend this location for a quick and tasty sandwich, just be sure to inspect the cookies before making a decision. They got rid of the kickin ranch and replaced it with a new jalapeño ranch and let me tell you I am so disappointed. “They will make your sandwich look like it should be in a commercial.I've been to many Subways, I used to work at a different Subway. This location is the best in assembling the sandwich. They don't put all the veggies on one side and all the meat on the other. They don't just throw it on there. They spread the ingredients perfectly and evenly. I have never seen better work aside from me making my own sandwich. Great work.“

“Have been going to location for years. Even worked there once. Over the past few years the employees have been HORRIBLE at making the sandwiches neat. They're always a mess.HOWEVER today, April 2nd, whoever the gentleman working at 330pm on Tuesday was FANTASTIC. Very socialable and polite. And ONE OF THE BEST SANDWICHES I've ever seen prepped. “Great food! Some items were a little underseasoned, but the quality still showed through and everything was really tasty. The Mighty Buffalo sandwich was really great; not very spicy, but had a great buffalo sauce. Milkshakes were a little thin, probably won't order those next time.Online ordering is a bit of a mess, and missing some things (like soups, and fries!), and they even acknowledged this at the counter. But the staff was really friendly, very diligent about getting the food out correctly and quickly, and they were great about adding on some items at pickup. Also one of the few places these days you can order online and pay at pickup instead of at order time.Overall this was a nice experience, and I'm excited to come back and try some more!Vegetarian options: There was one sandwich that featured grilled Portabellas instead of meat. “Just a quick review update to say thank you to general manager Corey for helping resolve my order issue. I placed an online order and the food was never received. When I called the store they redirected me to doordash saying the issue was out of their hands. I got the runaround with doordash with multiple transfers and long holds.Eventually doordash reached back out to the store and initiated a refund on my behalf. More hassle than it was worth.... But thank you, Corey, for making it right.“
