A new hot pot experience for us. Hot pot is essentially Asian fondue with interesting meats (tendons and offal) thrown in if you are so inclined - we weren't but my son and I had a different broth each and some meats and veggies which were very tasty.Service might have been a little better and having strangers seated next to us was a little odd given there were lots of open tables. The food here is consistently good with a variety of options, and they offer a generous sauce/toppings bar to customize the flavor of your hot pot.
