Had their menudo for lunch and it was really tasty- clean, light, and flavorful. I saw that some reviewers don't like that they weigh the meat (tripe) but I appreciated that. It lets you know there's a minimum amount of meat they will give you instead of just eyeballing it. Would come back for the menudo!
I met Miguel and he is so nice. He told me that "once I try one of his tortillas, I will never buy another brand ". He was absolutely right! Wow! The best I have ever had! I have told probably 10 friends already and will tell many more. Thank you Miguel. I will see you at your store very soon!!
