The restaurant is accommodating to vegan and vegetarian preferences. The atmosphere is lively, especially on Friday nights. However, some customers were disappointed by the 18% service fee without clear confirmation on where it goes. Despite this, the staff is friendly and accommodating, as seen when they promptly helped customers move tables to a quieter area. While the lychee cocktail was delectable, it unfortunately made one customer ill.
