“What a lovely location! We sat at a large round table in a little alcove which made for just the best atmosphere for our group. Our server, Ella, was so so helpful and friendly. Even while she had other tables she was also taking care of, she was continually checking in and offering refills on drinks and sides.
We also had a gluten allergic member of our group, and the manager Andrea came over to let us know exactly how that dish would be handled and the measures taken to keep it safe from contamination. I haven't experienced this at other restaurants before and was so pleasantly surprised by their initiative on that front, especially being a restaurant known almost exclusively for pasta and bread.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and would be happy to return and to recommend this location to others.“

“My husband and I chose to celebrate our one year anniversary here today. It was both of our first times dining at Broders’ and we enjoyed everything about this wonderful experience! Upon arriving we were attempting to take a selfie photo outside and one of the employees opened the front door and asked us if we would like him to take our photo. Tyson so kindly took several photo angles and opened up the door for us as we walked in. It truly felt like we were being welcomed into someone’s warm and inviting home. Our sweet waitress helped me select the most delectable glass of wine I have ever tasted. Words cannot explain how delicious the pasta was… we lapped up every single drop and were in absolute food heaven. To top it all off… we were treated to a free dessert of our choosing along with two chocolate cocoa truffles on the house!! After we finished our meal we went across the street to their storefront to purchase some pasta and sauce to enjoy at some point in the coming weeks. We will definitely be back for all special occasions and certainly for our two year anniversary. If you are looking for a once in a lifetime experience and meal this is the place!! Enjoy!“

“This was my second visit to Buca in Maple Grove. It was amazing. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Special Thank You to Cheyenne, he was amazing his drinks were fabulous, ask him for some of his specials, he did an amazing alcohol free apple drink, that had all 8 of us at the table very happy. He also took time to take us on a tour of the entire facility. This is a beautiful place, it has so much character. We will be back again.“

We had a large party for a friends pre-wedding dinner and the staff handled it great. From the apps to the desert, you can’t go wrong with anything you pick off the menu. We were all tasting each others food by the end of the night wanting to try EVERYTHING! Some have stated a smaller menu and prices, but then say the food blew them away…I for one like to pay to keep amazing food and ingredients an option. The carrot and beet starter was colorful and delicious, the salmon and scallop mains impeccable, but the highlight was the dessert of poached pears with a flavored crème anglais sauce for which we insisted on getting spoons to capture every drop. Our server, Evan was extremely attentive and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job taking care of us. As good as the service was, the food is what really stood out! “We've been here plenty of times but lately, it seems something is different about this location. Food was a bit too salty and the zuppa toscana just doesn't taste the same. It was a bit odd for the server guy to touch my 9 year old daughter's head/hair too. Or even more odd that he asked if she would like a plastic cup for her drink. Plus, he was a bit too loud. It was kind of rude to just assume she's too young to handle a glass cup. She's 9! Our server didn't understand when I asked for broccoli on all of our Alfredo entrees too. So when we received our entrees, the server would usually ask if you'd like cheese. He just started putting cheese on everything and when I told him to stop or that it's enough, he still kept giving more and more. Language barrier? Usually, in the past, in my experience, if you had leftovers, they'd offer to help pack it in the boxes too for you. Such great service before but with our most recent visit, he just asked us how many boxes, and handed us a bag, and gave us the however many boxes we asked for. Maybe things have changed 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Oh! Wanted to share this. This one time we dined in. Sat down. Got our drinks. We went to the bathroom, came back to our table, and everything was cleared off! That was so odd. So we all had to reorder our drinks again. 🤷🏻‍♀️ LOL“

“Look man, it's Olive Garden. They'll be friendly, they'll give you breadsticks until you could replace your own skin with that hot, buttery bread, they'll put a lot of cheese on your pasta while looking uncomfortable if you don't stop them fast enough, and when you're there, you're there, like the commercial says.“

“My husband and I were up visiting family and we stopped here for dinner. They were great! Super easy ordering as well! We were able to get a high chair for our little and they brought it out to use. We sat outside and it was very lovely. Enough space for everyone! Our pastas were very yummy and quite filling! My husband also got ice cream and he really liked it! We definitely would go again!

You don’t have to buss your own dishes but at least you get real silverware though no cloth napkins they are very soft paper napkins. All pizza crusts are thin and offer GF. Ingredients were delicious and I wouldn’t compare it to other sit-down full-service restaurants. It was a bit more informal than I had anticipated. I feel like it should be categorized has a deli and cafe on Googles categories. Small wine selection. I enjoyed the Decoy Sauvignon Blanc.“
