“In town for the day and looking for a decent, non fast food place to eat. Saw Duffy's had good reviews. They had a bigger selection of food than I expected. My favorite burgers, Mushroom Swiss, happened to be on the menu, one that is found less and less on restaurants as more "creative" burgers have been created over the years. It is rare that I can find a place that makes it at all AND makes it tasty. This was DELICIOUS. I was so happy the cheese was gooey and the mushrooms were juicy and flavorful, the burger was not dry even though I ordered medium well. The tots on the side were crispy and not greasy. My husband got a bacon cheeseburger with fries and really enjoyed his food as well. The only reason I gave four stars is the cleaning solution smell was overwhelming, if I could give 4.5 I would. Otherwise the staff was helpful and friendly, it was clean, and the food was great!“

“Great, friendly bar close to the state park. The Goose was an oasis from the heat and the mosquitoes. The cold beer was definitely a nice bonus. The bartender was super friendly and didn't mind us not being locals. They have three different brands of pizza, including the always tasty Heggie's. There are darts, a pool table and pull tabs to keep you occupied. A head's up, they do stop off-sale at 6 on Sundays. I'd recommend at least one stop by the Goose if you're headed through Watson.“
