I don't know how they handle the occasional order mistake, but thankfully I've never run into that problem.The Atmosphere is hectic normally. I am not sure how much to blame on the franchise or just on the patrons. There's only so much that can be done to handle people who have no indoor voice. Maybe there were several hard of hearing folks there, who knows. I would suggest taking the drink on the go. It's just full and noisy.“
