Overall unpleasant. I went through the drive thru and it took awhile before anyone came on the speaker and when he did, he sounded annoyed. I pull up to pay and get my 2 drinks; the Vanilla Latte was hot and I wanted it iced, so it had to be remade (no big deal). The guy at the window was the same guy with the annoyed attitude (I didn't get his name but he was a little bigger and had black nail polish). Loved this location, service was fast and the Barista's actually made my difficult hand crafted drink just the way I liked. Also I was able to redeem my birthday coupon and received a drink and a food item of my choice. Definitely recommend this location!

Normally, this Starbucks frustrates me and I give up on getting coffee. Today, the line was short. Gabe was so kind when he took my order. And, the sweet young woman at the window was understanding when my chip card wouldn't work. Today made up for so many bad experiences and my coffee was delicious. Thank you.
