“Pretty good sushi here. Sashimi is usually sliced somewhat thick which I like but it kind of depends on the day (or the chef). Our family’s usual is Age Tofu, Edamame, for both the kids, chicken fried rice - no onions for the 4 year old, Alaska Roll our SAKE sashimi for the 8 yr old, sashimi platter for me (need to ask for sushi rice for an up charge , otherwise it comes with jasmine rice - weird), yellow tail and kappa maki for my wife. They pretty much know what we will get every time as soon as they seat us. The service is usually pretty good and attentive.
I would probably not do the all you can eat. They let you order 3 items at a time and you're not allowed to order again until you are done with those. The first order took about 20 minutes to arrive on a Tuesday night at 6:30pm. My son was the only one doing the all you can eat because, you know, he's 15, and it became an all you can wait situation. He said he didn't want to wait for another order and skipped desert too because of the wait.“

“One of my favorite food places in the mall. The Hibachi service is kinda neat just to watch for what you pay for. Drizzle some Bourbon Chicken on top, I can eat that everyday. Nevermind the Beta Male Karens complaining about wearing masks (NPC/mindless drone) or assumptions about the employees giving them looks...You just get your food and eat it!“

“My favorite sushi place in Rochester! Always consistently delicious. Just wish they had more specialty roll options and that ordering takeout didn’t take almost an hour as we typically do takeout. Inside is also really nice and great ambiance! A plus for takeout is that they have a drive through window on the side, so during the winter months this is awesome! The fried rice is also delicious.“

“Ended up here for late lunch, my kid ALWAYS wants to eat here after an endoscopy. We came here again yesterday and he had the Shoyu Ramen (his favorite) and Peach Boba tea with milk. Phenomenal! He let me try it and I became an instant fan. I love to replicate restaurant dishes at home, and I know I could not do that broth justice. The flavors are complex and subtle. I didn't care for the Boba (sort of floral?) but he loved it. The only ding I have is that it's hidden away. If he hadn't known it was there, there is no way I would have gone into that hole in the wall location. This place is far superior to its surroundings.“

“went here for the first time today! im so glad we came here. this was an incredible experience. our server was an absolute sweetheart and the sushi was absolutely premium quality. I got the all you can eat. had some shrimp and calamari tempura, Phoenix roll, new crazy roll, futa maki, and royal roll. the phoenix was a very strong start, a great first roll. the new crazy roll was my first time trying deep fried sushi, I had no idea what to expect but never could have expected what I got. it blew my mind. Futa Maki was a great roll to have after the crazy roll because the crazy roll is very bold and the futs maki was milder and simpler. a delicious high quality pallette cleanser and a great transition into the Royal Roll. which was my favorite one. the lobster sauce was sweet, the presentation was gorgeous. like everything else, the flavor was high quality and the roll was expertly crafted. I will be back. thank you. pictured here is my phoenix roll“
