“Always good. Always fast. Jimmy Johns is the only place in Rochester that has good sandwiches. I cannot find any place else that offers regular bread, not sub bread, and has roast beef. Plus having provolone cheese is wonderful. Most places have the same boring cheddar or Swiss cheese. Delivery is always quick. Pick up order is fast as well. Price for sandwiches is good. Keep up the great work!“

“This Jimmy John's is across the street from the Mayo clinics. I was there at 11:30 a.m. and the place was so unbelievably busy. They had about 12 - 14 employees taking orders, making sandwiches, bagging and deliveries. It was a well-oiled machine unlike you have ever seen at any Jimmy John's. Orders coming in on the mobile app / website, call-in orders and a line of people out the door that never let up. Hat's off to the employees who were all so nice, courteous and helpful.
