“I decided to try this for lunch when I had to run to Apple Valley for some errands. I was not disappointed! I ordered it to go and it took about 15 minutes to get my order. I had a strawberry green tea with popping Boba, the pork ramen, and a pork bun. It really was delicious.“

“I've stopped by 3 - 4 times and am continually surprised by the quality of the food. Had the beef brisket noodle soup and pan fried pork bun and the quality is not very different from an alley in Taipei. (I'm a native Taiwanese.) In fact, these two items may be the best available to a local without involving a boarding pass. The soup was absolutely correct in flavor and the noodles were hand pulled. The dough on the pork bun was freshly made. Surprisingly, the offering in their Edina store is not nearly this good. That chef is heavy handed with the MSG while this chef doesn't use any at all. It's an amazing offering among all the plastic food in the big Mall.“

“My daughter and I went in to order and saw the time and realized it was 20 mins to closing. We said we would order to go and the lead taking our order told us we can stay and not rush. We ate outside and before locking up she came over and asked if we wanted refills before she locked the doors. Hands down the best service and most welcoming place we’ve been in a while.“
