“Amazing! We stopped here for our first time for pre-event drinks with our friends. We anticipated having one cocktail and being on our way, but were instead treated to something more akin to an experience! The GM greeted us and took our order and made sure we got to try more than just our drinks. A whole story about finding someone to re-tie my husband’s bow tie turned into a hilarious challenge for most of the staff. Even to the point that the assistant GM was going to drive to Von Maur while we finished our drinks (we declined..but wow). What kind of place does this!? Our cocktails were amazing, the charcuterie plate was delicious (the jam, honey, and cheese…just wow). But most of all, the staff made everything so memorable. We’ve never experienced anything like this! We will be back soon for a full dinner. Thank you for making our night so enjoyable!”

“One thing you all should note... Although you can, I don't think this is a place you go alone... Hibachi settings are always nice (fresh food cooked in front you) although might have excess oil,lol. But it's worth it.

The chefs and their magic tricks.. lol, makes it all eventful and with friends you'd have a blast.. highly recommended culinary experience, plus I got to flex my few japanese phrases or semi-sentences..

“Loved that they had so many options! Their vegan Parmesan fries were incredible. Loved the burger too, although the bun was pretty dry. Will go back someday, overall thought it was a nice place to eat.”

“Don’t understand why there are customers that need to be shouting and yelling inside a family restaurant? No. Not children. Grown adults. This isn’t a barn.
ANYWAY, besides this, food was good. Veggies could’ve been thrown away for fresher ones. The lettuce on my husbands burger was… old and edges were brown. I had the fiesta lime chicken. Rice was dryyyyy but chicken was good.
We were there during dinner so our server was busy but when she did stop by, she was very polite. Overall good experience except for the bafoon talking loudly.”

“I ordered a Cobb salad yesterday for lunch It was formed in layers.all veggies e.g avocados, eggs were mushed along with lettuce $ topped with chicken , like an ice cream sundae.The chicken & veggies were so cold as if right out of refrigerator. “There are many choices in the area for casual dining, but most often we choose THIS clean, well-maintained Perkins restaurant. Our favorite 5-star server is Laurie, who remembers us, greets us with a smile and thanks us whenever we show up. The chefs behind the scenes are consistent in every way: quality, preparation, portion, flavors, timing, and accuracy. Staff members work hard to keep the restaurant and bakery clean, well-stocked, and spiffy. You can't go wrong here!”

“Great for antisocial socials as you barely need to interact with the restaurant folk! Order and pay with the tablet, and pick up your food from the counter. It's cafeteria-style with plenty of seating. Really adored the vibes of this place. Very homey! The food was good, but on the expensive side for banh mi. Look to spend $25+ per person if you're getting a sandwich, a side and a drink.”

“Always love stopping by mudslinger's while out running errands. The only downside is that the line can get long in the mornings, especially on weekends. Despite this, they work quickly and I love supporting a small local business!

“Love this place! I always have a shredded beef dish of some sort. I know it's homemade as a couple of times I have found a bay leaf inside my burrito or taco. Good thing I always add a bit of salsa to my stuff and check. I love sitting at the bar and trying the 3 different salsas that are available as a help yourself buffet style along with delicious chips. Love the margaritas but now I am spoiled, I tried one with Milagro silver tequila on the rocks. It is excellent! The Columbia Heights locale is my favorite, and I have tried each of the others! I have yet to try the patio in the summertime, so I can't tell you about it. The stained glass windows are amazing! Busy bustling place! I love it! And the staff is excellent! If I want to change an option on the menu, the staff is very accommodating. I would give this place 5 stars! I always take family and friends to La Casita Mexican Restaurant - Columbia Heights, MN when they come to visit!”

Parking: Absolutely fantastic parking experience! From the moment I pulled up, I knew this restaurant valued convenience. The lot was spacious, well-lit, and organized, making it a breeze to find a spot. No tight squeezes or hunting for a space here—there were plenty of open spots right near the entrance. The pavement was smooth, with clear signage directing me exactly where I needed to go. I loved how close the parking was to the restaurant; it made everything so accessible. Best of all, it felt safe and secure, with plenty of lighting even as it got later. Honestly, one of the best parking setups I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant—truly elevating the entire dining experience!”

“Food was good. Restaurant was clean and had a welcoming feeling. I didn't care for how brightly lit it was though. It kind of gave off more of a nursing home cafeteria type vibe. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.”

The shop was very quiet -- I must've come at time in the afternoon there is a lull, because it's usually pretty busy, but not too busy. I definitely felt I was getting their full attention!

They made my sandwich perfectly the way I requested it with the ample amount of onions, tomatoes, and pickles on it not just three onions and two tomatoes like at most locations where they’re afraid to put any more veggies on as if they might get in trouble? Anyway, I might just drive the 28 miles to Roseville just to get a superb sandwich that could’ve and should’ve been made at most other locations. It’s not that hard people !”

“The Salted Cake is amazing! We used them for a birthday cake recently and they knocked it out of the park! The cake looked beautiful and tasted fantastic! My only regret was that we didn’t get a picture before devouring it! We’ll definitely be using them for any future cake needs!”

“I usually don't give a bad review of restaurants but I have to say going into this Chili's restaurant was not a good idea. We got seated in an area that didn't have anyone. No silverware and the wait staff were standing around in the back area yapping away. Sat there about 10 mins and nobody even offered us a glass of water or acknowledged us. They obviously are making enough money this location must not need our business. We left. The person that seated us just half smiled and never even asked us if anything was wrong. Ta Ta!”

“The restaurant had a clean, bright, modern feel. There was plenty of seating. The proprietors were attentive and pleasant. We were wanting for nothing. The takoyaki was delicious. The mochi ice cream was also good. It tasted fresh and was not hard on the outside. The char siu ramen was good but not quite as good as we had when we went to LA. The noodles were firmer than I preferred, but overall it was impressive for Minnesotan Japanese food.”

I said give me your name I will definitely say something good about you.By the way all people working at Starbucks have always been good to me.They give me water when Iam thirsty in summer and Iam out of reach of a store.They don't deny us bathrooms whenever we happen to need which is once in a long time or once in a blue moon when in need.Starbucks workers remind me of our days when young ones had discipline and respect for everyone. “It's small, it's a decent place to stop by for a QUICK SNACK (not a whole ass dairy aisle.) The place is run by mostly youth so that the owner can save money, they're cool and understandable people now that the last ghetto ass staff was fired. (Creeps frequent this place too.) The place is pretty pricey to buy from and it's better to go if there are promotional events or you use the app.

“Mice and fruit flies at this location. My soda had a fruit fly in it. Mouse ran across the floor. Staff and manager laughed. One stated their are everywhere in the building. The mouse ran off and this was ok. NEVER EAT HERE AND CLOSE THIS LOCATION”
