Chicken Wings near Spring Lake Park

“We went here for lunch today. We had been hungry for pan pizza and decided to come here. The pizza we ordered was ham and green olive. It was actually pretty good, Its nice to get a hot pizza to eat. This place does have inside seating but you need to order at the counter. They do bring it out to you in a to go box when its done. They have paper plates and plastic ware you take to your table and for take out orders as well.“

“I wish I had remembered to take photos before eating instead of half way through. Somehow my wife found this place on the internet. This is the closest we've ever been able to find Korean food to where we live. We've been eating Korean food for the last 30 years but up until the Korean Olympics It meant a trip to one of the Korean restaurants on Snelling Ave in St. Paul , Hoban in Eagan or Kings Restaurant in Moore Lake Commons. I would recommend this place to anyone who lives nearby or happens to be shopping nearby but it isn't a place I would go out of my way for a second time. It's not that it isn't good but Bonchan in Maple Grove is very similar and the chicken at least is much better. It as if the owner or operators took a class on creating and running a Korean restaurant but maybe got a B on the final exam rather than an A. The menu was somewhat confusing and apparently if you wanted something to drink other water or Pepsi you had to go next door to order it. The help spoke English but I was left with the feeling that not everything got translated correctly in their mind., The experience was funny and unsettling at the same time My wife had Bibimbap which was served in a hot bowel doslot style and was available in 4 variations. She was very happy with her meal. She suprized me by ordering the typical Korean side dishes that I expected to come with our meal and are but she took full ownership of them and left me disappointed because all I got was coleslaw. My chicken was ok but didn't compare to the chicken at Bochan. I'll go back if I'm in the area but I won't make a special trip again. At least next time I won't feel so confused and I'll try a more traditional Korean dish. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and acted as if they wanted to please.“

“I saw this place on Google after looking for red snapper. I had red snapper prepared in Jamaica and I was craving that same taste. So I gave this place a try. The place itself is small, they have a menu with a number of items and they offer authentic Jamaican soda. I ordered 3 snappers prepared differently, stewed, fried and steamed. My biggest gripe is I was told 30 mins to prepare and it took an hour and a half. There is one cook who prepares everything. The food was really good but the wait will keep me from coming back. The staff were very friendly, and helped in deciding the best options for me. The cabbage was not for me and the rice and peas were decent. I don't want mixed veggies in my cabbage and I'm used to Jamaican cabbage being a bit sweeter. I did add a Mac and cheese and if you're like me, baked Mac and cheese is the only way to go. This was more of a boxed Mac and cheese and I could have saved me $7. I used the stew sauce to help juice up the rice and peas. Now I've never had rice and peas that weren't dry so I think that's just how they're made. Give it a try!Parking: Free parking but not very many spacesKid-friendliness: If kids like Jamaican bring them with you.“

“Alicia is great and will make your day better! Sheila is a bit intense but managable. Fun intense...like camping. John is the best bartender in the place. I'm not sure how Brandis still works there....in a good way. She's like a mean sister who would actually cry if you died. If Davey is working, tell him to quit his job and drink with you instead. He will give it serious thought. HAley (not Hailey, she sucks) will, without fail, screw up your first order but will spend all of eternity aplogizing. Mary OG (Thursdays) pretends she likes people and dogs but secretly only likes dogs. The food is above average bar food. The smash burgers are always a great choice. There is one regular who sometimes steals shots but he will buy you a new one, so it's okay! Check 'em out!“

“First time here. Didn't even know where it was, hidden from the main roads. Dive bar atmosphere but I love dive bars. Nice menu selections. Pretty good beer selection. I had fish tacos, which isn't really a dive bar pick, but they were great. One of the people at our table had the chicken pot pie and it looked fabulous. Great server. I’ve been coming here for a long time “6 years”and this is the first time and I had such as a mediocre and rude services. He most be totally new that he didn’t been try his best to give a good services. Or maybe he was taking it personal after I asked if they could go easy on the seasoning on my wings, which he denied my request. He told me he can give me the seasoning on the side so I can do “whatever I want with it”…after that, he totally forget about us. I had to yelled so I can get my tab and leave. “Came here today, decided to go drive through because every time i go here i always encounter with a nice worker. She always gets the order right and make sures i am satisfied with the service, she is really nice and should get payed more, the other staff has no emotions but she is so happy all the time and always greets customers with a smile, the food is great, not salty. “I recently had my baby shower catered through pizza man and the food showed up not only on time but hot and fresh. All my guests ranted and raved about the pizza, especially the taco pizza. I would definitely recommend if you are ever trying to grab a quick bite to eat or if you want to cater. They had excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers.“

“The deep dish 8 corner pizza is my go too,the crust is delicious compared to other places and you can pick what type you want. It does take a lot longer to cook than other items on the menu so be prepared to wait a while. I only order and pickup as their delivery is expensive and takes over an hour since they don't have enough workers or delivery drivers. The manager has always been pretty nice there“

This was my first time at Toppers and I enjoyed the great service. While I was waiting for friends 4 different people asked me if I was waiting to order all of them were very friendly. The food was great and made quickly. This location is primarily a take out and delivery spot with limited areas to dine in.“

“I was driving by and did a double take when I saw their sign. I decided to stop in to see what they offered because Nigerian restaurant menus tend to vary. It’s a small carryout only spot. The woman working there was very nice and accommodating. I informed her that I’m vegan and inquired about a few of my favorite Nigerian foods: egusi, greens, jollof, and beans. She didn’t have egusi. She stated that she had greens but they’re made with fish. She then offered to make me a fresh batch sans the fish if I had time to wait. I most certainly do! It wasn’t a long wait either. I got a hefty container of food for about $15. There was enough food for 2 days (if I wasn’t being greedy).I tried my food right away. The greens were very good and clearly freshly made with quality produce. The beans were good. The jollof rice was SLAMMIN!! Perfection in the flavor department!I’m unsure how long they’ve been open, but they seem fairly new. They’re located in a strip mall with other small, locally owned businesses. Again, it’s carryout only; you cannot sit in and eat. (I ate in my car.) “Great pizza! The best Papa John’s we’ve had!!! They were super fast on their delivery, faster than the time quoted. So the delivery man called on his way to see where to deliver it since he was faster than quoted. I explained we had a sleeping baby so he came straight to the hotel room door, knocked quietly, and whispered! Our delivery man was extremely kind and caring! Plus the pizza was fast, hot and delicious!!!“
