“I want to give this cute spot five stars! The Cove is a no frills lunch spot with a lot of customizable options (brown rice, pick all your favorite toppings, sauces and spice level). I think the quality is solid and the portion sizes are generous! The missing star is to account for the inconsistency. Sometimes a level 2 spice level is perfect and sometimes it's wayyyy to much. Sometimes they add lots of fish, sometimes just a few pieces. I think it just depends on who is working that day. I think they could improve on staff training to improve consistency. Despite this, I find myself coming back to this delicious spot for a quick and filling lunch! It's definitely worth going and trying out! I also think the fusion theme is awesome - they have sushiritos, banh mi, rice bowls, steam buns, sambusas, burgers, etc! It's a pretty impressive variety.“

“The last couple of months we had ordered 2 ice cream cakes and they did it last min for us, usually you have to give them a couple days in advance but they seem to never turn us down, the first time we went we were told nobody knew had to print the image and put it on the cake the only person that knew how to do it was the owner, but the lady said she would call the owner to see if she could come in on her day off to do it, and we went back the next day to pick up the cake and the image was on there!. We just want to say how much we really appreciate your guys service, you guys are absolutely amazing!.“

“Pretty good food! Most items on the menu were the same standard selections you see at every Mexican restaurant. I asked for suggestions and they recommended the burrito or chicken torta. I went for the torta and wasn't disappointed. Tasty and fairly filling. Service was quick and staff was friendly. The building is an interesting layout. The bathrooms are down the hall in the basement and there is an attached grocery store with a very limited selection of items. Like just the essentials and some candy. Prices are reasonable too.“

I had to wait at the designated waiting spots for my food. I waited for about 15 minutes for my food that I ordered thru the drive-thru but, did not receive it. When I went inside to get my order situated, the manager and their crew were very helpful and apologetic about our situation. They got on top of things and got us our food in a timely manner. The manager asked me if I would like a refund as a nice gesture in return for having to wait for my food, I accepted.I have been a customer at this very specific Chick-fil-A for a long time and this is the first time I had experienced anything like this. This experience WILL NOT deter me from coming back and having my business. “I've been to chick fil a more times than I can count but had by far the best experience at this location. The woman who took our order was fantastic. I didn't get her name but she sounded like she was from the south. She looked at my 5 year old daughter, complimented her, conversed with her asking her about her day and then took her order from her! I can't tell you how special that made her feel. To have an adult truly "see" her and ask her what she wanted for lunch vs asking me was so special. She treated her like a person and not like a little kid whose order needed to be given by her mom. I can't speak highly enough of our experience.“

When my car was broken I walked for 2 hours through several feet of snow on a windy day across railroad tracks to get my crunch wrap fix. Then I did it again the next morning for breakfast.
