“We are new to WSP, and we felt very welcome at 5-8 tonight! Our son is Deaf and autistic, so he has some peculiar behaviors, but we weren't made to feel uncomfortable at all. It was a very warm and accepting experience. We moved up from Faribault where most of the restaurants in town know us and our son, Jack, so we look forward to being regulars at the 5-8 in our new community. Thank you! “This is a really nice place to go to have a few drinks and just to relax. It's very clean place and there's no drama at all like other places. Also every other Friday they have karaoke from 8:00. “Went and saw a band on a Friday night. Place was busy and the band was placed in an odd spot. Literally in a busy area of the restaurant. No place to dance but behind us sitting at a rail. Should have removed some tables or had the band perform elsewhere.Waitress never talked to us and went to the bar for all our drinks. Bartender was amazing and fun. Overall great time. Will be back.“
“Our first time there and it was a very pleasant experience. For this old couple, the acoustics are important and the space passed with flying colors. They have four small TV screens on the bar wall all showing the same and did not distract us even the slightest. Menu is limited to about fifteen items and the quality and presentation were excellent. Service was friendly, personal and quite prompt. My only small grievance is their 5% "kitchen staff fee." I so wish we could include service in the price and forget about tipping altogether. How about doing a survey with your customers on this topic?“
