Do yourself a favor and get a small or large box and you will get a LOT of flavors to try for 1 price. Also it is enough to share or keep to yourself. It's in the strip mall with a Chinese and Mexican restaurant in the area. Try this place after dinner out. You won't regret it.“

“The service was great! Our food came out so fast, it was hot and fresh, coffee was good and my cup never was empty. Highly recommended.Parking: Parking is tricky... there's parking in front of the restaurant, but it's difficult to get in a spot without getting hit. Leaving was also a little scary because it's right off of Gravois, which is always busy and I scuffed the underside of my car leaving.“

“I will preface this review by saying this is NOT an Herbalife shop. I have been a frequent customer for a couple years now. It has become a go to before workouts for me with the delicious teas and an even better post workout stop for a deliciously clean and healthy shake sourced from local STL company, 1stPhorm. Rebecca is fantastic. She does everything possible to ensure you have the same positive experience whether it’s your first stop or a daily “fix”. There are other options for protein shakes and teas in the STL area, but none of them compare to the experience at Fired-Up. Highly recommend.“

“The drink was good but no one makes a drink like my x-barista sista. She knew how to mix in the syrup before you add ice so it mixes in. But, I ask for 3 or 4 shots blonde espresso with same # pumps white mocha splash of cream and light ice in a grande cup, it won't be full, but it's usually cheaper and not too much milk. Strong drink.“

“Staff does a great job keeping up. Definitely recommend checking whatever signature drink they are offering at the time. I tend to be a one trick pony when it comes to my coffee order but I am never disappointed when I go out of my comfort zone and try their suggestions. Seating upstairs is a hidden treasure. My mom came from out of state and wanted to come because of how accommodating and patient the staff was.“

“Their smoothies are delicious and the consistency is so thick and filling because I don’t think they use ice. The workers are also very attentive and will notice right away when a customer comes in to greet them and get their order. It’s too bad we leave out of state or we would be regulars!“
