“They often get orders mixed up and will fill an order based on what you are getting instead of when you order. The last few times I have gone the person who purchased after me got their order made before mine. The staff is friendly, but oftentimes they are standing around on their phones.“

He is a sincere individual and he should be the poster boy for Pizza Hut in this area I'm the kind of person that says I wouldn't even care if the pizza and the chicken alfredo that I ordered was substandard, which I know that it won't be, but I would order just because of the customer service that Jeff provided. “Just ordered delivery pizza, and in the instructions asked them to knock loudly as I have stuffed up ears and wanted to make sure I heard them. When he got here, he knocked loudly as I asked. When I opened the door, he was incredibly friendly and asked if he had knocked too loud as he didnt want to seem impatient lol (I told him no). He explained the whole survey thing to me and was very friendly and kind. When I gave him a tip, he didnt even look at it, he didn't sit there and count it out to see how much I'd given him. He just continued on with our conversation after thanking me. Would very much recommend. I always have good experiences.“

“I just got into town and wanted fried chicken so I thought I would try this place out! I ordered a 3 pc and everything I ordered was there when I got to the hotel! I opened the box and I even had butter and honey for my biscuit! My chicken was PERFECT and so was the fries! I am from Louisville Ky and this is better than any KFC there! Service was Great Too!“

“My large family had the greatest experience at a KFC that I know of for at least 30 years.Steven whom is the manager was super polite and helpful and suggested their brownies. After ordering we went back and boy was he right about the quality! They were awesome!Nate whom is a manager in training helped us with our order and made sure everything was stellar. This guy stayed busy keeping their business ship shape! He has years of management experience that shines brightly like the clean surfaces in this KFC!Abbie took our order and she was so large family friendly. I enjoyed learning and sharing family details and just feeling cared for by her.This restaurant was so clean!
