“I’m from CA and this is the best Mexican restaurant I have found in the KC area! The chicken burrito my husband had was delicious. Not bland like a lot of other places. And the spicy Cheeto nachos?!? AMAZING!”

“They are the nicest people and the food is good. The atmosphere is where they get the 5 stars from! Anyone can cook a burger and sell you a beer these guys are friendly make you think they’re happy to see you the waitresses know the menu and they know how to figure out what I’m in the mood for when idk there is a good variety and it is clean! CLEAN means it all to me with food and you can see the kitchen through the back wall you can see the bar and the bathrooms are all spot on clean so I feel good about my drinks and food I keep going back you should try itKid-friendliness: Very! “The drinks here are awesome, not only beer and cider but mixed also. Wonderful service, awesome environment, there's was a mellow band and they had food! I was happy to find this out. Alexis was so helpful and kind. We enjoyed ourselves immensely.”

“Since being in Blue Springs this is the only Mexican restaurant we've went to other than Tacos 4 Life. We really enjoy the food and service here as we have not received anything that wasn't good. We have had several menu items but our favorite thus far has been the nachos, tacos of course and burritos. The pork/carnitas and al pastor is sooo delish. The workers have become familiar with us since we've been here multiple times. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and able to tell you about menu choices. Specials change daily, filling portions, complimentary chips and salsa so very good! If you're needing some really good Mexican food give them a visit! I have not had a visit to their restroom so I cannot give any details on that area.”

“My step son had his 21st birthday party yesterday.We started at Side pocketsAlthough there was a lot of people, it wasn't noisy and we could all hear the conversation.He had a great time here and at Ameristar, didn't make it to Top Golf because he was a little tipsy after the Casino!All in all everyone had a blastGreat place and excellent service!”

“I love the food and margueritas but the chips changed tonight. I have been coming here for five years and tonight for the first time the chips were so bad I ate none. Please cook the chips in-house. My whole family was appalled. I am Mexican and told my whole family from out of town of this great menu and chips. I-stand corrected tonight. Even my waitress was shocked at these chips… usually crispier and much tastier. Do better! I’ll be back and my expectations will be for the good old days of the former chips.”
