“I just got into town and wanted fried chicken so I thought I would try this place out! I ordered a 3 pc and everything I ordered was there when I got to the hotel! I opened the box and I even had butter and honey for my biscuit! My chicken was PERFECT and so was the fries! I am from Louisville Ky and this is better than any KFC there! Service was Great Too!“
“My large family had the greatest experience at a KFC that I know of for at least 30 years.Steven whom is the manager was super polite and helpful and suggested their brownies. After ordering we went back and boy was he right about the quality! They were awesome!Nate whom is a manager in training helped us with our order and made sure everything was stellar. This guy stayed busy keeping their business ship shape! He has years of management experience that shines brightly like the clean surfaces in this KFC!Abbie took our order and she was so large family friendly. I enjoyed learning and sharing family details and just feeling cared for by her.This restaurant was so clean! “Here in independence Mo at chick-in waffle. Where the food and services is super great, frozen lemonade is of the chain. Spicy chicken and waffle and chicken wing meal is super good and great. We got the best service from very helpful lady by the name of Ms. Jasmine. So come one and all to get some great food.“
“We had an amazing experience! The food was hot and fresh. The service was fantastic! Xavier was amazing in answering all our questions. Our drinks were never below half. The fried pickles were probably the best pickles I have ever had. They were crispy and delicious. The atmosphere was homey and like a southern diner. 10/10 recommend!“

If you want it to be very spicy you may need to add some spice to it.Our food also came out swift.I paid $50 and there were 5 of us who ate.Emma is one of the employees there and she deserves a raise. Her service was great. My nephew spilled his pop and she gladly mopped it up, even with my brother offering to do it. Her service was speedy as well.“
“They often get orders mixed up and will fill an order based on what you are getting instead of when you order. The last few times I have gone the person who purchased after me got their order made before mine. The staff is friendly, but oftentimes they are standing around on their phones.“
