“Ever since the new owners took over about 3 months ago this place has been excellent. There always smiling, good is hot, my latte is perfect. I cannot complain. They greet you quickly. Line is fast and overall am happy. I come every morning for my coffee. I stopped going for over. A year because service sucked I wanted to try again and it’s been great!“
“Everyone at this location is so sweet! Patience is a virtue with anything in the world right now due to the heavy level of understaffing. It's not the workers' fault though, so they deserve to be treated with respect regardless. I have never had a problem here besides a typical drive-thru wait time. My drinks have always been correct, I've always been greeted with a smile and conversation, and my mood uplifted! This Dunkin' is so convenient when it comes to me getting to work, but the friendliness of the employees and correctness of my order(s) is really what keeps me coming back.“
“Came during a weekend morning and the place was packed.However the staff of two absolutely crushed it, keeping up a fast pace of drink delivery and helping customers order.The Ethiopian Macchiato, oat milk, no sweetener, was outstanding.A higher price, but that may just be the normal for independent coffee shops. “Higher Groundz is my favorite and now the only coffee shop I frequent. They have the best tasting coffee, tea, and a variety of other drinks that you’d expect to find from a full-service coffee bar along with the freshest baked items which are made from scratch on site and decorated to perfection. The atmosphere and decor make this the perfect gathering spot for any type of get-together with friends, family, or coworkers. We had our wedding reception here and we loved every minute. One visit and you will certainly become a regular too. “We wanted to grab something from lunch and the lady at the counter suggested egg sandwich. One of the best. It had avocado and some other sauce which was delicious. And there boba tea is the best.Dietary restrictions: We asked for less sugar in our boba and they complied.“
“Gateway Coffee Company is a nice coffee shop. Their coffee they get from Crimson Coffee in Columbus, OH, and their pastries are from a local pastries store. The coffee cake muffins we had were intriguing as they had a salty external layer that was actually nice to the taste buds. I gave it a four star because the coffee and food were good, but there is no kitchen, and nothing is actually made by Gateway Coffee., still a solid place to stop at and pick up a coffee or tea.“
“I went through the drive thru before work, and was actually shocked at the service and speed (I don’t expect much from any establishment anymore). The man at the speaker was very polite and kind (actually greeted me, repeated my order, was friendly) and the woman at the window (her name was Tara) was just as sweet! My drink order was correct and I was in and out of the parking lot in about 4 minutes. Very thankful on a Monday morning before a long day!“
