Staff has a bad attitude, and of course got the order wrong. Food was terrible, waste of money. Won’t be back. Having a staff like this is probably why Jack n the boxes are closing so frequently.

I guess this location closes the lobby whenever they feel like it. I came at 8:45pm and she tells me the lobby is closed. I have a 40 foot trailer so I can’t go through the drive-through. I walked all the way over there in the rain from the parking lot across. Avoid this Jack-in-the-Box at all cost the employees were smoking outside by the front door so they didn’t want to make me any food I guess. This establishment in St.Ann MO ,is the biggest waste of time, the last 4 times I tried to order food after 11pm . I was told they are out of food, were not serving at this time , we're closed at this time. So, Idk how to say , what I like to say as a customer in a nice manner. So I'll let the decision be yours , I would like to know if anyone else had this experience..
