Being located at a Casino was a concern for me so I checked it out before making a reservation. The enterance is separte from the casino or hotel. So there were no loud sounds, flashing lights or smoke smell. It was calm and serene.

The restaurant affords a view of the Mississippi River that is not available at any other establishment in Cape Girardeau. Fantastic!

There service was attentive without being presumptuous. The staff was impeccable in their timing and anticipation of our desires.

Their food was delightful. We started with drinks shrimp ceviche which was as good as we have ever tasted. The bread was a special treat. My wife had the fresh fish. She loved it. I tried the Ravioli with a side of Brussels Sprouts. Both exceeded my expectations. We rounded off our meal with French Press Coffee and lingered.

This has become our favorite restaurant in Missouri by far and stands in the midst of our top ten in the country alongside of Michelin ratings.”

My friend just held up the glass for her to see. She asked if he wanted another drink and apologized. Our waiter, Brian H upon bringing our order which we questioned the portion size of one of the orders (same order). , one plate seemed to be much smaller than the other. Brian said "I'll be back". “So happy that Cape now has a Krispy Krunchy chicken. Better than Popeyes and definitely better than KFC but might be a tie for Chick-Fila for its own reasons. The chicken here is definitely crispy and always freshly cooked hot when ordered. The flavor combined with price beats out Popeyes and they used to be my #1 fried chicken place to go. Friendly customer service, first time I’ve ever seen it from a trailer in a parking lot, but it still tastes just as good as any other location. Prices are more than reasonable for the quality as well!! Love their wedge fries and red beans with rice as well!”

The vegetables are always cooked al-dente and kept crisp, not cooked into oblivion.

The atmosphere is typical Chinese NY Take-out spot. Frenetic Pace, open concept with a fully visible kitchen and a dated overhead 'backlit' paper menu.
