“They day we went they were a little slow on the service. We went through the drive through and they told us to pull up and around the corner and we did and we waited. Waited on a fish sandwich. Luckily that sandwich was very hot. Our roast beef sandwiches were cold and no arby sauce in the bag. Thank God the cruly fries were hot as well.“
“It's a fast food place.The drive thru experience would be that of any big chain.One difference is Carthage Burger King employees are super sweet and polite. They smile and genuinely seem to be happy to help you. I've pulled thru many times for lunch and they're always so sweet.“
“Drive through was super busy & it was late on a Saturday, but employees were still very polite,on top of things and you could tell they were working hard to get orders out in a timely manner. I ordered two apple pies and they only had one out & ready. They offered another flavor or a whole different product instead. So you could also tell they just wanted to make the customer happy.“
“I came in today and ordered fries with no salt and I saw the woman who made them pour them directly from the basket to a container.I am so thankful for that. I have kidney and hypertension issues that prevent me from consuming sodium so i obviously dont eat a lot of fast food but their care and attebtion to detail made my whole day. Thank you.“
“While visiting the Carthage MO area, we chose to have Pizza Hut delivered to the rental property, where we were staying. Our order was made exactly as ordered. It arrived in a timely manner. The young man who delivered the pizza was very kind and considerate. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut.“
“I visited on Friday March 31st and while I was in the drive thru line my blood sugar dropped extremely low. I asked the lady at the window to add a small Pepsi but to please not fill it all the way I just needed a little to help my blood sugar. She did and didn't charge me then told me to park and eat my burrito so I felt better I really wish I had gotten her name but I wasn't thinking straight.“

“They did pretty well working with a new employee. For the record, I miss the chopped salads! They cut up the meat for me at least as a courtesy that was very much appreciated. Subway corporate, if you're not going to chop the salads, could you at least provide a knife so I can chop it myself?“
“We went to Sonic in Carthage at 9:45 on a Wednesday night, they closed at 10. They were out of a couple of things but apologized and allowed us to substitute something else, more expensive. They apologized repeatedly and gave us some coupons. The burgers were fantastic! Fresh and delicious! Sone of the best we have had from a sonic. Very nice carhop even after a long busy day. Thank you for your kindness and the great food.“
“My favorite burger in the world. Sized like an old school burger, perfect combination of greasy and cheesy. We go from Kansas City to roaring River to go trout fishing, and this is a must stop place both coming and going. We always grab a bag for the drive back to KC.“
