“Ordered 5 different flavors of scones and each one was delicious! All of them were moist, each bite had flavor and so fresh! They weren’t dry and didn’t crumble so that’s a plus too! The best scones I have ever tried! Raspberry Lemon and the Cinnamon chip coffee drizzle were our favorites!”

Excellent rating. Was a no brainer.Totally wowed by all the factors when I walked in, ordered, waited, and ate. The food was exceptional. Perfect. It sets an unreachable bar. I had the Frito Burrito and Buffalo Cauliflower with possibly the best Buffalo and Ranch Dips ever. “We had Garozzo’s cater our rehearsal dinner at Boulevard Brewing. From the very beginning they were extremely helpful getting the entire dinner together. They held a tasting at their restaurant downtown, where we were able to sample a lot of their different courses on their catering menu. This was a great way to find exactly what we wanted for our rehearsal dinner. The food was absolutely fantastic and they were constantly in touch with us through the entire process. They kept us up to date through the event. We highly recommend Garozzo’s to anyone needing any event catered.”

“My Birthday dinner, I was able to reserve a table for 18 the day before it was tough but they worked with me. Our waiter Corey was AWESOME he was patient & courteous never got an attitude which I can appreciate and took care of all our needs. Great food & great service!!”

“We had only been to Rockhille Grilel once before and didn't have a great experience. Buuuut, we decided to give it another try during their Happy Hour. I got their Bruschetta and it was the BEST I've ever eaten and so delightfully plated. Simple, yet classic. Our server, Trevor was EXCELLENT. The Rockhill Grille will DEFINITELY be on our, "regular" list”

“Excellent new black-owned brewer (the 1st in Missouri. just opening up in 2023) in the 18th and Vine district (in the historic 150-year old Kansas City Street Department building). Indoor seating up and downstairs as well as outside with a big lawn in the back. Great beers right off the bat, which is incredibly impressive. And they're already going hard with the collaboration brews. Very exciting new brewery that's starting to be available on tap around town. Now I'm just waiting for cans to come out so I can buy them for home consumption.”

“I come here frequently after getting groceries, one lady remembers me now and knows exactly what I order. I tried something new and it was delicious, I went to reorder it today and I accidentally ordered a tea instead of a latte. I did not like the tea and they made me a new drink even though it was my fault. I love this little shop! The Brown Sugar Boba Latte is my favorite. It is a small shop in downtown, so there arent a lot of places to park, which is to be expected. Good thing I walk everywhere. :)”

“My first time eating here on Saturday 05/04. Drove in from MN to watch the race. Delicious portion of pork ribs and polish sausage with a side of Mac and cheese and slaw. Tender, juicy, cooked to perfection. Friendly service and the line moves fast. I’ll be back next year for sure.”

“We (Me, wife, and daughter) were there for lunch. My wife and I shared The Pig Flatbread and ordered my daughter fries and chicken tenders. We flatbread was delicious! My daughter normally doesn’t eat anything from a restaurant except fries or bread. We tried the chicken tenders just in case she changed her mind. She tried the chicken along with their housemade ketchup, which she typically rejects sauce, and she loved it. We ordered drinks and they were good too. The chef/owner greeted us at the end which was a nice end to lunch. Our waiter and hostess were great as well. Overall, it was a five star experience!”

“Tays is probably my top burger joint. Grass fed beef burgers leave you full, but not weighed down like 5 guys or somewhere like that. The only thing is I often order bacon and most times it's missing from my burger, but that 1.50 charge aint! Last time I went in I said something and the cook hooked me up and made sure I had bacon! Grab a local bottled soda to go with your food! My favorite is the orange and strawberry creme sodas!”

“We were in town for the NCAA wrestling tournament. We had a reservation and were seated within a half hour (which was amazing considering the sheer volume of people in this town). Our server was knowledgeable and recommended a ton of great dishes. We really enjoyed the itchy sea bass, spicy charred edemame, and the thriller roll. The sea bass and roll were so good, we actually ordered a second! Also try the China Doll cocktail!! Yum ?”

“My wife ordered Jon's Denver omelet and requested spinach instead of the peppers. No problem with the substitution. Omelet was done just the way she prefers. I ordered the corned beef hash with eggs over easy. I also added an order of toast just so I could get the raspberry spread. Corned beef hash was a standard in my parents' home. I hadn't eaten it since I graduated college in 1968 and left home. My mom's version was really good, but Homegrown's was exponentially bette r. Brooklyn was our server. She was pleasant and attentive without being intrusive. A diverse menu of well prepared and presented food with first-rate service at reasonable prices.”

“Tried this local Gem for the first time tonight. it was by far the best BBQ my husband and I have ever eaten. The Pork belly burnt ends & brisket were melt in your mouth. The jalapeño sausage were the best my husband has ever had. The BBQ sauce was complimented the meats and was also very good. The street corn salad and lemon slaw were unique and would definitely recommend. Planning our next outing already to this place.”
