I first went to Potbelly's in Chicago when there was only 1 location while I was at DePaul back in the 1990's. Having long since moved back to St. Louis I would still think of that sub shop. I stumbled on it in Clayton recently and was thrilled that it is back in my orbit. Still great toasted subs.
I've been to two other Locations and the sandwiches were ok. I have to tell you if they were like this location i would've gone back. In fact this place was so good yesterday, we came back for lunch again today. Yesterday I had the meatball sub on wheat and it was superb. Not overly sauced but still a hearty lunch.
