“BARcelona Tapas is a vibrant spot in downtown Clayton, offering a delightful fusion of Spanish flair and culinary excellence. The lively atmosphere is complemented by creative martinis and live music (Wednesday nights). The seafood paella steals the show with its rich flavors, while the goat cheese queso remains our consistent favorite. Don’t sleep on those perfectly cooked gambas and brilliant tuna steak.Having missed this spot during its two-year hiatus and relocation, the return of BARcelona Tapas is a celebration in itself. Frank Schmitz, the heart and soul of this culinary masterpiece, has been delivering exceptional food to Clayton for over two decades. The reopening in the heart of downtown Clayton makes me happy!“
“Winnie's Wine Bar made for a perfect location for a stop on my bachelorette weekend. Our servers were amazing and were so friendly and fun. Everyone loved the vibe and kept talking about how comfortable the seating arrangements were. We didn't want to leave!! Such a cute spot and highly recommend!!!!“
“Good place for the breakfast and lunch! Nothing special, but good quality overall. Sometimes it is hard to find a good breakfast place even though the foods are very simple and basic. This place serves simple and basic food but quality is also good. Price is not too high, probably $10-$15 before tax and tips.“
“My parents and I always enjoy having dinner at Big Sky. The food and drinks are amazing. The service is always wonderful. Unfortunately, we had dinner reservations for Saturday evening. The restaurant was packed which was expected. Our server was triple seated and overwhelmed. Now as a former hostess I felt completely bad for the server. Also we were seated next to a loud group of guests. So my parents and I had a hard time making conversations with each other.“
“Came on with no reservation and was sat right away. Amelia gave us wonderful and quick service but I feel she went above and beyond making multiple suggestions that made our experience even better. The staff was friendly and helpful, overall we enjoyed for a quick last minute weekday dinner!“
“I had almost 2 hours before I was to board my plane. I love a good wine bar. We have plenty in Dallas, so I thought I’d give it a try. I give them five stars! I bought a bottle of wine to take home with me, I had a panini and a flight of wine. The staff were very nice and personable. I loved it.“
“Bryan is an amazing server which his style accompanies the vibe and atmosphere at One 19 North. All of the food is amazing and one of the best wine selections for a restaurant of its size. Go with a group of four and order different items so everyone can enjoy the different types of food. Don't miss the lamb and any of their seafood dishes.“
“The Eggplant Katsu and Strawberry Sandos we had were great, but the Peach Boi was FANTASTIC. Amazingly tender and flavorful peaches with a bold cinnamon note, perfectly soothed by the generous portion of whipped cream. Thank you for the fun food IZUMI!“
“Took the wife to lunch on the Hill. This place was amazing! Had the bacon wrapped dates for appetizer. Heavenly. meatball sub was excellent, very good fries. Wife had Fettucine Alfredo with Chicken and loved it. Excellent wait staff. Booked another reservation before we left that day.“
“Wonderful hotel! We had zero issues! Check in was smooth, quick, helpful, and friendly! They accommodated any need we could have or arouse! Our loft was very clean and exactly what the pictures showed! The bathtub was my favorite! They even had a rubber duck for baths! We also received one free nightcap, curtesy of Idol Wolf, per night of our stay! The pool and spa were beyond amazing! Staff were sooo helpful! I can’t stress how much they helped us! The coffee shop was amazing and the coffee and mimosa was great! Security was a bit better than expected with not allowing access to guest floors without a key card. We bussed in and used Uber for traveling around the city, so as far as security there I have no idea. Museum is so nice and definitely got some culture in that we don’t normally have easy access to. There is no smoking area provided and we had to smoke out on the sidewalk. Was a bit intimidating as staff leaving in the evening told us several times that the area was unsafe. We had no issues, but we’re fairly smart travelers and know that St. Louis, like most large cities, can be unsafe. 10/10! We will stay here again!“
“Stopped in on a random Saturday night, we were staying at the hotel. Despite the previous reviews, music was at a reasonable volume. We were able to hold conversation with each other and the bartender. It was quite empty at 8:30pm. Nice selection of cocktails and bourbon. Fast service and nice views.“
“I’ve been waiting to try these crispy babes! We had cheeseburger, vegan lemongrass chicken, dogtown pizza, side of teriyaki noodles, and apple pie.Surprisingly, the noodles were my favorite. They were delicious! Loved the pizza and lemongrass chicken. Didn’t particularly care for the cheeseburger but there wasn’t anything wrong with them, just not my vibe.Curbside was quick and easy. The person who brought my food out was very kind.I’m looking forward to exploring their menu more!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan/veg options!“
“I've been here twice - once for dine in and once more recently for takeout. Both were great experiences. This most recent time I wanted steamed dumplings for dinner and also got the veggie spring rolls. Everything was nice and hot. The spring rolls were crisp and not at all oily. The steamed dumplings were soft and tender. Everything tasted amazing, including the sauce/dip that comes with each. Even the soy-based sauce, which is often just soy sauce at most places, was clearly several steps up from that and had great depth of flavor. Definitely recommend.“
“Went to 360 rooftop for my 25th birthday while in town visiting friends and family. Heard about this place and decided to give it a shot, and I'm glad we did! Samantha took care of us throughout, asked us all about my day/ our plans, gave us suggestions on things to do on top of delivering top quality service. Very endearing and a great way to kick off my b day weekend!“
“We came here before a theater visit and did drinks and tapas. All our food was excellent as were the drinks. Our server, Nola, was attentive and friendly. She even made sure some of our late arrivals got their food in time for us to head out and make the show. Only ding was that the seats in the booth we sat in were lumpy, torn and taped. It could use some attention and love.“
“We love Clayton Winehouse! We frequently go there at the beginning of date night for a glass (or two, three) before dinner. The staff is wonderful: friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about wine. We hosted a party in their downstairs event space which was wonderful. The even price was reasonable and they were so very easy to work with.“
