The swings were interesting. My s/o liked them but wasn't as comfortable with my frame, but it was our choice to sit there. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the jambalaya was good.
I went here at 6 pm on a Thursday night. It wasn't busy then, but it definitely did get busy at 7 pm. I sat on the swing seat at the bar and had a chance to chat with the bartender who was friendly and offered some NA cocktail ideas, I went with the NA margarita for $4. It was made with ginger beer instead of tequila. I then ordered the crab empanadas. They come served on a black bean puree, which I don't think goes well smeared on the back of the empanadas. We came here before a theater visit and did drinks and tapas. All our food was excellent as were the drinks. Our server, Nola, was attentive and friendly. She even made sure some of our late arrivals got their food in time for us to head out and make the show. Only ding was that the seats in the booth we sat in were lumpy, torn and taped. It could use some attention and love.
