“Excellent service! The manager here caught us being overcharged accidentally by a new employee. We also noticed a very kind young man politely collecting trash and unused trays. The food was terrific. Good burgers and the fries were done perfectly. We usually like Freddy's, but this one is better than most!! Very clean!!“

“We went through the drive-through and the person taking our order was courteous and thorough. He repeated our order back to us and asked for any sauces. Our order was ready as soon as we pulled up to the window and everything was delicious! The new fries are perfectly crispy and full of flavor. We were also able to get a double cheeseburger, upgrade to a large fry, and a chocolate shake for $13. Great experience!“

“this place. ermm. ok so they do chicken and burger... never had the burger. they do their chicken better than chick fila tho which is nice. there's a bunch of games and stuff around and like they have a cool way of food... these little coaster things that vibrate when the food is done (pro tip: make sure to put it upside down so it makes way more noise. it can be quiet so this just makes sure you don't miss it) my only qualm with such an establishment as this is inconsistency... but that qualm is only valid during closing time; some food is a little cold by the time it gets out. if you like lore than this place is for you. it has lore. the hand sanitizer is kinda in the student center. the prices are ok with dining plan cause like it's at a discount.... overall this place is good for a student to eat food when hungry and to get a drink too. also the variety is somewhat limited but y'know they do the stuff good rather than having a bunch. they got this fake meat to. also the chicken is halal too so yeah. they do close pretty early though so get your food on before 4:30, also vegan stuff

“We’re from out of town (Blue Springs) on our way to St. Louis. We made a quick stop for breakfast at this location and let me tell you, it was incredible! Megan was our server and she was fantastic! Short wait time, good + attentive service, and amazing food. If i’m in town again i’ll be sure to ask for Megan next time!“

“I enjoyed this place, a small drive up sit in your vehicle and get some good food and great rootbeer float. If looking for something new or new to the area, I recommend stopping in. I ordered the chili dog and chili cheese fries with a root beer float. They have a jib hamburger that's like a sloppy Joe, pretty good, and several other options worth giving it a try. Just a heads up, make sure to take cash, but the sign said local checks are OK. The building is on the back side of the street, so you might miss it if you are going down the main street. Just informational. Service was great, and the chili and rootbeer is homemade, I believe the lady informed me.“

“Server was great. A friend and I were having a "working dinner" and when we arrived shortly after 6:00, we sat at a booth. The outside dining area was pretty full, but not so much inside, so the atmosphere was good for us to talk. Around 8:30, more of a night crowd was coming in.Bathroom is clean enough but could definitely use some work.Food was good and at a good temperature. The soda had a funny taste to it. It was a Diet Coke, but had a fruity or flowery taste to it. The server got me another, and it tasted the same.The seating in the booth was pretty flat; I remember that being the case from the previous day I was there at another booth.

Parking: Plenty of parking when we arrived a little after 6:00, but full when we left at 9:00. Two handicap spots.

“Came here on a whim as a stop between KC and St. Louis. It was a good bit off the highway, but I'm glad we stopped in. The service was good and the food was delicious. I got the Country Fried Chicken and my wife got the Philly. Both were very good, especially the fries.“

When I arrived at the drive-through speaker, a friendly voice on the other hand told me that she would be with me just as soon as she could, and she was alone and having to take care of one car at a time. When I placed my order and got to the window, Asya was there with a smile and a warm friendly personality. I asked her if she was OK and who the next person was that would be coming in and when, and her reply was, I don’t know. They haven’t answered the phone yet. This woman needs to be commended for her amazing service in her generous spirit, despite the challenge that she’s facing being all alone. She deserves a huge, huge raise!“

“at approximately 5:40 p.m. today I was met with a level of professionalism and courtesy that I did not expect from Sonic Drive-In. a young man with a nose ring to have been the politest and most professional employee I have ever dealt with at a chain restaurant. they made the experience absolutely pleasant and I will for sure be back. having worked just short of corporate management in a large box store, this is the type of thing that shows me someone belongs in management. the food was hot and served quickly and to the letter of instructions. well done.“
