Jina Yoo's Asian Bistro offers a great atmosphere with friendly staff. The menu includes cooked rolls for those who don't eat raw fish. Popular dishes like calamari, seafood dynamite, and fried rice are generously portioned. The orange chicken is a standout, carefully prepared without cartilage. Even non-sushi fans praise the wonderful sushi. The restaurant has a relaxing vibe and quick service, making it a perfect spot for a delicious meal.
The bistro is known for its unique spin on classic sushi, with about two dozen options along with the simplistic classic styles. The menu also features other entree options, such as the renowned B.A.P.T. (Bad @$$ Pad Thai), which is considered the best Pad Thai you'll ever eat. The owner, who is often present, is passionate about providing a fantastic dining experience, going around to each table to ensure customers are satisfied with their meals and the service.
The restaurant has a nice patio and accommodates customers with food allergies, as the staff goes above and beyond to address their needs. Diners have praised the exceptional care taken in the kitchen to avoid cross-contamination and the warm hospitality provided by the staff.
