so I went to this particular Panera this morning to NOT even have my order taken! instead I waited in line to listen to Wendy at the register explain how she was driving 10 hours a week and work 50 hrs per week and now she is only 6 min away and closer to her chiropractor.... while I'm glad things are better and more convenient for her. I had to go to work and now don't get to eat breakfast... thanks Wendy
the worst service ever. pick up order, to be ready 30 after placed order, a simple cheese sandwich, only one person actually working the kitchen...3 standing around watching him work....
20 minutes later and still don't have my order...
