“Do yourself a favor and check this place out! This is our second time in recent months. We had the beef bulgogi, salmon and a couple sushi rolls. You get a free appetizer that they choose also. For what you get, it is very affordable and you can tell made with love. We'll definitely be back!“

“They make the sushi fresh throughout the day and place them in a refrigerated display by the register, so if you want sushi all you have to do is pick the container you want and pay so it is very pick and convenient.
The sushi itself is fresh and I have never had a bad experience. I usually get Gyoza (steamed dumpling) with mine and it has always been good and the service is professional.“

“I usually don't give out less than 5 stars to places I like but this experience was a little different. Came in for a dinner with my boss, and reserved seating beforehand. Unfortunately due to the server's confusion we lost our seat! Taking some stars off of service due to this experience. It was a little annoying because my boss is an important man, and I really don't like ruining his experience like that. Additionally I found the servers to be a little too nosy considering the small seating area!

The katsu was pretty good tho, unlike other places they use chicken thighs instead of breast pieces which is just not my personal preference, but still enjoyed every bite!“

“I ordered takeout, picking up I noticed the atmosphere inside is beautiful. I was greeted promptly and kindly, which made a great first impression.

I’m no ramen expert, but I was satisfied with my Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen. I was craving comfort on a cold, rainy day and it hit the spot. The broth was flavorful, the meat and everything came together nicely. I give 4 stars because I feel like the noodles could be a little better, theirs is very comparable to the other ramen I've found in Columbia. I also tried several appetizers, the crab rangoon, pork buns, and harumaki and they were all delicious! The pork buns were soft and made just right, and the harumaki with the chili sauce was especially tasty. I had previously ordered the Chicken Teriyaki - Don and that was pretty good too although I did notice the chicken was a little dry, the sauce was a little diff than what I'm used to but I really liked it! Portions were big enough for leftovers. The takeout packaging impressed me, little cute cloth bag, well packed.

Next time, I’m eating in and trying some sushi. Overall, a great experience“

“We want to thank Sake Japanese Bistro for being such an amazing community partner! Habitat was lucky enough to build 4 homes in 10 days with volunteers from all over the nation. Sake provided meals for hundreds of volunteers on the construction site! They made delicious bento boxes with a variety of different foods! Lo Mein, dumplings, sushi, you name it! Even the least adventurous eaters loved it! Four families were able to become homeowners through this event and we appreciate everyone coming together to make it happen! “Good food and good time. Our waitress was working too many tables to be effective, so thats no on her but the management. All 10 of us were out of water and we had to find her to get some. That being said she did her best but thr food was great. Couldn't even finish it all as it was a fair serving size.“
