I absolutely love Cafe Bistro and I feel like enough people don't talk about it. I used to come here alllll the time in high school and it's still as delicious as it used to be. First visit today. Chief was charming, our sever was Spot On, kind, friendly and attentive. The Crab Bisque was really good, my friend got a beautiful salad with blue berries, blackberries & strawberries. She took 1/2 home. The thing I was questioning was, you order & PAY - then they bring the food to your table. They ask me to tip- I said how can I tip when I don't know what the service will be like??? Best Hidden Secret! If you are looking for a quick lunch without sacrificing the quality of your food, head to Cafe Bistro at Nordstroms. Everything I have ordered here has been excellent. Some of my favorite menu items are the Bistro Club Sandwich, Bisque Soup and Niçoise Salad. The service is always quick and friendly and the atmosphere is very chill and relaxed.
