Applebee's Grill + Bar offers a mixed experience. While some visitors were disappointed with the quality of the food, such as cold leftovers or overcooked steak, others enjoyed their meals, like the bourbon steak and perfect margarita. The service received mixed reviews, ranging from attentive and excellent to lacking customer care and communication. The 2 for 27 menu is confusing, and staff should explain it to customers. Some feel the restaurant is not the same as years ago, with younger teens and young adults working who may not take pride in serving good food. However, a young lady working the bar was multitasking in a professional and pleasant manner, and management spoke with customers regarding their food, which was hot and tasty. Drinks were refreshing, and customers will come back sooner than later. With varying experiences in mind, Applebee's Grill + Bar seems to be a hit or miss spot for both food and service.
