“This was a clean and comfortable place to sit inside and eat there delicious chicken tenders they were out of coleslaw but offered to replace it with more fries or garlic bread their service was fast food was hot and their open late night. Their simple menu is genius.“

In town from London, England with my wife and friends from St Louis. My first ever White Castle. I'd heard good things having seen it in TV in UK and wasn't disappointed. Before that, I saw her greeting all the customers and she seemed to know some regular people by name. She was a ray of sunshine and made everything seem less. Her and Brenda who took my order were great.“

“Work right down the street so I'm in here probably once a week for lunch. Now I haven't been here for the night crew but the daytime crew is phenomenal. Food is always hot and loaded with whatever you get.

The sweet girl named Autumn provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. she was extremely polite, patient while taking my order, and brought such great energy. If I could give her 6 stars, I would! Management has an absolute gem on their team🤩!!“

The staff was very friendly.. even though I witnessed some customers very rude behavior towards them..I absolutely love the jack fillet with fries and any sauce you'd like.. you'll get plenty of food for a decent price.. would have given it 5⭐'s but I wasn't too pleased with the fried chicken ?.. overall I am pleased with the service.. will continue to eat there and would definitely recommend ..

“Although I recommend this specific location based on the quality & freshness of the food, they do a really poor job of making sure the delivery orders are complete. Out of the last 5 delivery orders, only 1 was correct. The other 4 were all missing items. The delivery drivers need to verify the orders are complete and accurate. I had one driver tell me that it wasn’t his responsibility. If that’s true, that is very sad.“
