“As we all know, I eat out way too much and seldom. Do you find a store like this Culver’s with such a friendly atmosphere from all of the employees as soon as you walk in the door. Of course the food was good. It’s Culver’s. The restaurant was clean and the employees very helpful. I will definitely be back.“

“Saturday night. The three guys tonight were working they're tails off with the drive thru queued onto the highway but still served us in the restaurant with a smile and patience. In town from London, England with my wife and friends from St Louis. My first ever White Castle. I'd heard good things having seen it in TV in UK and wasn't disappointed. After a night in a bar drinking it was the perfect food before hitting the clubs. Tasty and delicious. I hope the manager reads this because your staff tonight deserve a raise. Thanks.“

“Ordered a Snicker Blizzard tonight and it was kind of watery(creamier) than it should have been with no signs of much snicker. I called and was told to bring it back and it was remade with extra snicker. Thanks Elaina (hope I’m spelling it right) for your awesome attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service.“

“Ordered online. Went thru busy drive thru quickly. Pleasant employees. Ordered grilled chicken club - very good. Should have ordered a condiment on it. Fruit cup was great! Fresh and a lot.
Ordered 2 kids meals - chicken strips, waffle fries, milk. Food was warm to hot.“

“The service here was excellent, and what's it out was a very handsome employee working when I went in. He handled orders quickly, kept a great attitude, all while looking like he stepped out of a movie scene when he handed me my Blizzard. He's kinda tall too. I hope to see more from this location.“

“I have never had a drive thru taco taste so damn delicious right out of the fridge the next day.
I only took two glorious bites of one of the remaining 3 tacos before I left for work. Or was it one from a beef and one from a chicken, I forget. The dream lingers...
There is no disappointment like a greedy spouse who got home from work before you.

“After my kids get off work around midnight to 1am and they are wanting something quick on the way home, or to their friend house, we stop here the overnight crew is always the best, never have an attitude, food always fresh, and they are so kind and patient best fast food place we ever been with great attitudes all around.“

“Valentines Day at White Castle used to be quite something, but in the last few years it has been a bummer. Very few decorations, no place to take pictures as in the past. We have made every year they have done this and wore our belly bomber shirts. They used to give out prizes and had several people from WC there to greet the customers. This time there was one server and not much ambiance. A sign of the times I suppose.“

“Work right down the street so I'm in here probably once a week for lunch. Now I haven't been here for the night crew but the daytime crew is phenomenal. Food is always hot and loaded with whatever you get.

“I absolutely love St Louis fish... The staff was very friendly.. even though I witnessed some customers very rude behavior towards them..I absolutely love the jack fillet with fries and any sauce you'd like.. you'll get plenty of food for a decent price.. would have given it 5⭐'s but I wasn't too pleased with the fried chicken ?.. overall I am pleased with the service.. will continue to eat there and would definitely recommend ..

“I just came through the drive through on Friday July 11th and forgive my spelling but Mariah and the other gal went above and beyond to make my experience right!
They were pleasant, welcoming and actually cared which in this current hospitality climate is few and far Between! They need a raise or at least treated to a nice dinner on the company’s dime!“

“The air in 'CANE's(Florissant location); was freezing COLD--Which was a good thing considering it was almost 100° on this past Sunday, when we went to eat there!!-But we had to step outside for about 20 - 30 minutes to warm up tho!!-😁“
