Improve the speed and accuracy in the drive thru. Also, not allowing these KIDS to ruin your store. We were in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes and once we made it to the mic, were told that you they were closed and no longer taking orders. Yet there were still 3-4 cars behind me and the very last car was able to place their order. So you allowed the person in the drive thru to ruin the customer service experience for 5+ cars.
