Although I recommend this specific location based on the quality & freshness of the food, they do a really poor job of making sure the delivery orders are complete. Out of the last 5 delivery orders, only 1 was correct. The other 4 were all missing items. The delivery drivers need to verify the orders are complete and accurate. I had one driver tell me that it wasn’t his responsibility. If that’s true, that is very sad.
I placed an order for three sandwiches tonight and they only brought two. I called to have the order corrected and an employee left me on hold to get his manager. I stayed on hold for 15 minutes before giving up on the situation. They basically closed up and forgot about me. They aren’t open again till Monday for me to try and get my money back.
