I order from here a lot, but today my husband ordered a wrap. He's allergic to tomatoes and accidentally selected "extra tomatoes" I tried to see if the store could maybe make a new one or try to negotiate something. They were very unwilling to help in anyway. I get that it was a fault on my end, but it was a $10 Sam which that is not coming out of their paychecks. Most companies offer money back if you didn't like what you ordered. The food is always made correctly and semi quickly. I don't know if it's jimmy john policy but they don't give you a bag or napkins, if you want them you have to reach over into the food prep area, i don't know if this is company policy.

Food was good, lots of options even with dietary restrictions. Staff were not impressive today, waited around for a bit for the guy playing on his phone to notice us and wake up his buddy who was sitting in the front corner sleeping. To be fair, once one guy noticed us and woke up his buddy, they were very friendly.
