“Edit..we have been back since my review. The rude guy at the door is gone. Everyone is friendly and the food is beyond amazing!!Make sure if you want to try this place out, you make reservations. My friend and I decided last minute to try the restaurant out because I had read about it on line. When we arrived, we were informed that there would be a wait. I asked about seating at the bar because most places it is open seating. Let me tell you the host was so condescending that it was uncomfortable. There is no waiting area and he acted alarmed that I was going to approach the bar to get a glass of wine. He then informed us it was a 2 hour wait. After driving around forever trying to find a place to park and having much anticipation of trying Sado we just left. I rarely leave a bad review anywhere but I realize this place is new and hope they work on their customer service. I am sure the food will be amazing“

“The food was overall good but not great or life changing. We are big fans of Vicia and were hoping for the same complexity of flavors but did not find it in all the dishes here - only some of them.We ordered:Gougeres - cheese fondue and popovers. Fondue was good but the popovers were kind of doughy and dense.Beef tartare - fine, not great - the tartare was a bit flavorless and flat despite being served with a jusFrench onion soup - good! No complaints.Mussels - the star of the show, 5/5, some of the best mussels I’ve hadPain perdu - a carmelized dessert with toasted brioche and Clementine’s ice cream that was delicious.Special shout out to the mocktail Papillon. I don’t like when mocktails are just fruit juice but this one really had the complexity and slight bitterness of a cocktail.Overall we would come back but there are flavor profiles of some dishes that could be elevated to make this a 5/5 meal.“

“First time here. We made reservations in advance and found parking to be convenient. The restaurant's décor was warm and inviting, with white subway tiles behind the bar and blue banquettes around the dining area. The bartender was really knowledgeable and offered excellent recommendations. For starters, we had blue crab gratin and hand-cut steak tar tar, both for $12. The crab was spicy and creamy, and the tar tar was presented alongside warm dollops of slow-cooked egg yolk. They were both gorgeous. Our main dish was gnocchi with lamb ragu and goat cheese, which cost $18. The creamy goat cheese was the ideal compliment to the lamb ragu, and the gnocchi had a nice soft center. The portions were just right, and we left feeling satisfied. Very positive atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious cocktails as well. If you want to seal a good day with a good mood, head here.“

“Just found out about Timothy's restaurant and love it. The staff and food are amazing. They worked hard at wanting to please us and give us a wonderful evening. I had the dinner special being offered that was a pasta with morel mushrooms. So good. The salad I ordered was the house salad that was a variety of unique lettuces and vegetables with goat cheese and I think a buttermilk dressing. So good. There was Asiago bread on the table. We stayed late talking and while having wine with our friends, I watched the staff work setting up the tables for the next day and was impressed with their professionalism on how the table was set up with precision. Everything was lined up on its mark. Only carrying and handling the water & wine glasses at the bottom. Cloth napkins. Etc. Everything you would expect from fine dining and a five star restaurant. We had a cocktail before dinner that was a special offered by the bartender, it had fresh fruit & herbs on top, very good. The wine section was outstanding and enjoyed a couple of bottles in our group. Highly recommend this intimate place for its food, drink, service and atmosphere. Really a hidden gem.
