“I pick up for Dorrdash from here and I eat here as well. Most of the employees are always friendly. My food is fresh and hot when I eat in but when I go through the drive thru its hit or miss. The restaurant is always clean. Last night it rained all evening and night and they kept the floors dry AND cleaned throughout the entire time. I stopped in here last night at least 5 times between 6pm and 9pm and the crew that was working were fantastic. Very attentive to the customers and were kind. Thanks White Castle!! Always been one of my favorite go toys since I was a kid!“
“I stopped ordering here a while back ago. But a few weeks back, my husband decided to order food from here. Unsure why, really, since they had gone downhill. I must say, they changed back again - for the better. Unsure if it's due to new staff making them right OR they decided not to cheat quality. Either way, I took a chance and ordered another time for my children and their friends. That was yummy too. I'm really happy that the last two orders were good. Hopefully it stays that way, esp since dominoes,papa John's and now recently Little Ceasars have gone downhill. Whomever is making the pizzas, keep up the great work!“
“Update: once again, I was able to walk in and purchase an ice cream cake and have them write on it. No appt. No ordering. The gentleman behind the counter, Jeremy, was truly great at his job. He actually appeared to enjoy his job there. He smiled, he was friendly and very courteous with the customers. He asked the customer at the counter (while they were still deciding what to order) if they minded, if he gave the Doordasher their pick up order. VERY thoughtful and professional. He deserves a PTO day!I was able to walk in and pick up an ice cream cake and have the writing added to it immediately.“

Never had an issue, sometimes they can be slow..but hey..they're understaffed and for a reason, like mannnny other corporations <Every one I've dealt with has been super friendly & helpful. Foods never been cold, or old. Only issue is with them adding cheese to the spicy chicken sandwich and the only reason it was ordered wrong is bc those speaker boxes suck! “I go to this subway about once a week since I work near by. Always the same familiar and friendly faces behind the counter. They're super speedy and the quality is always good. Good selection of chips and the soda machine is clean. With covid all the employees wear masks which makes me feel safe.“

“Honestly I don’t know why people complain about this location. It’s the best one in the area. They FILL their food items every time I go there. I’m not gonna lie, I probably come here at least once a week and they’ve only messed up my order maybe 3x in the last 5 years lol. I went to the byrnes mill location and they’re SOOO much worse. Barely fill your stuff up, mess up orders, catch attitudes about it when you call about it… never had that issue at this location. I’ve even worked there a few years ago. Definitely recommend this location out of the ones in the area.“
“As far as service goes, I could give 100 ⭐! This Culver's absolutely has the BEST, quickest most friendly people! They are always nice and smiling.I've been to other Culver's. Fenton MO is THE best.Thank you!!The food is always spot on. Personally, I love the fish. But, WHOA! The Ruben they have for March? SO good! “This restaurant is such a delight to visit every time we go which is at least twice a week lately. It's cheap quick and good food with helpful kind staff. “Another store with excellent customer service, hot coffee, hot food. They got breakfast right with the specials and quality of the food. Fresh egg, fresh cheese and the young lady put the cream and Splenda in for me and said it was so I wouldn't have to pull over and just enjoy it, now that's customer service!!!!“
