My son's never been to Panera Bread and he thought that this was a great place to go to. He thought it was great variety and quality of food, he also enjoyed the service and area around him. I loved the pizza and turkey chili. Yummy! I think having the lights dimmer would improve the atmosphere just right. I was very disappointed in my order. I ordered a strawberry poppyseed salad. I was handed my order and then told that they didn't have any strawberries! Since this was a key ingredient, I wish they would have given me the option to change my order instead of just giving me my order and then apologizing for no strawberries especially since it was a $14 salad!

Impressed! First time to eat here I ordered something I could not eat it was my mistake the manager Ryan went above & beyond to take care of me without any hesitation. He replaced my entire meal and helped me find something I could eat. Very polite young man as well as the other staff. Best customer service I have seen in a restaurant before. The food was delicious 5 stars all the way across the board . Will definitely be back !
