If you want the best all American style burger in the State of Maine get yourself to Blazes. My family loves this place. Of course, everything is better if you dine in rather than have it delivered or pick it up but it's still very good at home too. Get your order in early because this place is so popular that orders come in fast and furiously. We liked everything about this place. The burger was great and the fries were hand cut. I don't know of any place where you can get a burger and fries for $9 anymore. Not even McDonald's and this was about 4x the size of a McDonald's burger and the flavor was great. We will absolutely be back
I just want to add that I am continuing to work my way through this VERY extensive menu. I have yet to be able to eat a whole burger - they are just so large and generous with the toppings!! And - still my favorite place to get fried cheese curds! Best deal around.
