Doesn’t accommodate large parties well, even with a reservation. We had a reservation at 12:00 finally got a table around 1:00 but it didn’t seat everyone so they broke the party up and sat some individuals at different tables. The menu online advertised bottomless mimosas, apparently that’s an “older menu” and they wouldn’t honor it. The manager is condescending and quit frankly doesn’t care about customers, I wish I would have gotten his name. All in all with a 12:00 reservation - it took 4 hours for 25 people to eat and pay. Not a great experience, I won’t be back.

Excellent food with a friendly staff and unique menu options. This is quickly becoming my favorite restaurant in the Crossroads. You cannot go wrong with the shrimp boil!

Poor service. Ask another server about taking our order and she stated the would be with us. Server never came to wait on us. We got up and left. Called back to talk to the manager and waiter lied saying she told us she would be right with us. Never happened. Absolutely poor service.

We tried Lulas today based on reccomendations and I have to say this place is phenomenal. Everything was delicious but the highlights were the green beans & ham as well as the biscuits. I'm not typically a biscuit person and I could eat these every day.They source as much of their food locally as possible which I love.We tried the fried chicken and fried spare ribs. 10/10 we will be back.

The first time I went I like that atmosphere I love the food except the green beans. What I told the manager I didn't like them and why they did everything they could to replace them with something else. I went back the second time March 24th 2024 and they treated me with the utmost respect. My food was absolutely delicious. And I like how the manager Chris kept coming by the table to check on us. I love this place it is a must go.

I have given this place many chances the only issue I have overall is if I have a reservation at a certain time that is the time I expect to be seated. I understand a 5 to 10 minute grace period I am patient however 30 minutes or more past our reservation is unacceptable.

Super cute place and such good southern style food! The gumbo was the best I’ve personally tried around the KC area, they make their own lemonade which was delicious, and everything else was great

The Fried Chicken is hella yummy but today when I went I decided to try something new. I got the Creole chicken spaghetti. Very pretty when it comes out but very bland, no spice and tastes like cheap tomato sauce from a can. I will never try another thing there that isn't the fried chicken.
