This location is often closed. Not sure if it is a staffing issue or supply chain issue, but if you come, prepare yourself to wait and/or find another location to get your coffee fix. The staff is always kind and friendly, just short staffed .
Drive thru, but have been inside a few times. This last time, I pulled up to the drive thru and waited for them to acknowledge me but no one came over the speaker. No one greeted me or asked me to hang on for a minute and I sat there. After several minutes I finally spoke up. Someone came on and said it would be a few minutes. After sitting there for about 5 more minutes, they came on and apologized for the wait. I tried to place my order, but was told they didn’t have the ingredients...read full review

The hot chocolate is good and I appreciate their free wifi as I was there so that I could attend a virtual work training.It can get very noisy in there FYI to anyone wanting to use their wifi for virtual work meetings.Friendly staff and in a good location.
