I ordered on the kiosk. Waited 20 minutes. Figured my food was close to being done. 2 groups had gotten their food and eaten and left. They said they didn’t have that order. I figured someone took it possibly or whatever. No biggie. They remake my food (if it was made in the first place) and give me a free taco coupon and 2 cinnamon twists. I say thank you and get home. I notice my Doritos locos tacos have a heavy handed helping of rice???? Lol I asked for double seasoned beef and no lettuce. So very little beef at all and mostly rice? Where did that even come from? Lol i paid extra for more beef and got rice lmao???? Burritos seemed ok. Just kinda sad. This place has been getting better but I’m just so confused where the communication failed. He even read my order back to me

This place, is the actual best. If u haven’t been here. You need to go, like rn. They got the best Grilled Cheese Burrito, it’s so good, u need to try it.
Worst service ever. You might as well close down the inside and only serve drive thru only.. because that is all that is done here anyway.. waited 15 mins before I was even helped..spent 30 total before I got my food.. it's a good thing my lunch break is longer than 30 mins. I watched 3 or 4 different customers walk out while I was there because nobody helped them.. you guys really need to get it together ... you don't even take the orders anymore . Less work , takes longer to get my food and you want more money.. make it make sense.!

Went to go inside and at 3pm they had the door's locked. You could only go through the drive thru. Needless to say long wait in the drive thru. Just wanted to mention that the Mexican pizza wasn't too bad, but I also added extra meat and cheese. The soft tacos however, had maybe a tablespoon of meat!! More like a cheese and lettuce taco.

I didn’t catch the guys name but the receipt says Joshua so I’m going to assume that’s him he was not so nice literally said nothing to us and looked as if he was looking down on us. Besides his rudeness we were going to just chalk it up to just a simple minded person who was probably taught to hate. But the food was terrible it’s unfortunate to be mistreated and Served poor food
