“Hebrews chai tea & the specialty drinks are my favorite. The written messages on my drink wrap are up-lifting. Great crew servicing our Quincy Il / Missouri area.”
“We were in town and heard about this place. The best wings I’ve ever eaten! Super friendly staff and very cozy atmosphere! Would recommend to anyone! Thanks Jeremy and Platt Daddy BBQ for the hospitality!”
“They always have the best coffee blends and the best bagels. this is my go to place to get coffee because it’s always fresh and so delicious. the inside is so aesthetic and calming. I love the environment and the people are so so kind that work there!!”
“Went there with my sister today. Had a great experience. The mushroom quesadilla was a great idea. It's almost like a Latin Italian fusion which includes a side of Chinese chili crisp in oil. Brilliant. 3 cultures in one dish! ❤️ the service ❤️ the aesthetic. ❤️ the vintage furniture. ❤️ the old living room style record player with the stacks of records that's used to play music in the store. ❤️ the painting of general Bill Murray ❤️ the signage on the window which helped up make our decision to go there in the first place.”
“We were so excited to finally get here. It's been on our *treat* food bucketlist for awhile. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The minute we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles all around. The owners are so wonderful. The place was well stocked, super clean. We arrived around 10:30-ish, got a dozen assorted donuts to go. We were in town for the day and wanted to save them for our family for the next morning) we also got a bag of donut holes. Oh my goodness.... Mouth Watering!!! The best, most freshest ever! The Donut Palace is spot on! Friendly. Affordable prices. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. We will definitely stop in when we are back that way! Thank you for such an amazing first experience.”
“This cake was amazing. The detail that was put into it by just describing ideas over the phone. You guys knocked this out of the park and I would recommend Underbrinks to anyone. It’s the only place that does our cakes!!!!!!”
“Great coffee, fudge, wraps & salads! They have a smaller menu that rotates with seasonal-- but t options are delicious!! First time here and they were busy! But that didn't stop them from being friendly and answering all of my questions!!!”
“I'm not a beer drinker. They had a nice variety of beers to choose from & even offered samples to help me find something I would drink. I opted for the homemade root beer, which was delicious. Very friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere & board games to enjoy while hanging out.”
“The stew with the mussels, shrimp, calamari, and scallops was so good. Perfect meal. The fried calamari was delicious, not too soft and rubbery. The tiramisu was delicious ??????.”
“Great place for any meal! Had classic frittata and classic eggs benedict. We are visiting from Atlanta, GA. This restaurant could compete in a much bigger market. Ten Stars!”
“Every time I’m in there these people work their butt off. Food is always great and always correct when I order takeout. Always friendly and eager to please! Great job!! Highly recommend!”
“Great food, the cocktails were wonderful, and the service was great. I loved the Korean Fried Chicken and pickled vegetables so much that I bought a jar of the pickled vegetables. If you haven't eaten here, you're missing out.”
“I haven't been to Primos in years, and it was as excellent as I remember it. As noted by other visitors, it gets busy at lunchtime and for good reason. The food is excellent! I had the breaded tenderloin basket with fried mushrooms. The tenderloin was thin and juicy, and the breading was crispy and well seasoned. The real kudos goes to the waitress who handled all the customers with speed and grace. I never had to wait for a refill, and no one waited long at the ice cream counter. She always had a smile.”
“Good price for the sizes you get. I got the Skinny snickers it was so good! Love their ice. We were in town for a marching band competition and needed some coffee. Glad we stopped here.”
“This place is too cool! If you haven't been yet, you're missing out. Perfect place to hang out and enjoy a great drink. You can't help but respect and appreciate the craftsmanship within. Such a beautiful historic building they did wonders with bringing back to life. A++”
“Yes. For so many reasons. We needed a special spot in town to catch up over drinks that didn’t involve a restaurant bar/grill-like setting. This establishment was just perfect. Service was excellent. Menu had a variety of drinks including fun Mocktails. Something for everyone. Comfortable atmosphere with soft lighting great for group gatherings, studying, dates, etcetera.Pictured is the Blood Orange Ginger Sparkler Mocktail”
“The prices are ridiculous. Now that I got that off my chest, I go there because the food and atmosphere is great. My kids and I love going there for lunch on the weekends. I also have the utmost respect for the family that owns this place and want to help support their businesses.”
“I ordered a pizza and hot ham and cheese. Bar keep was friendly and attentive. Not much seating but we were accommodated. Has a bar atmosphere but there were a couple rug rats running around.”
“Excellent place for the whole family! Amazing food, especially the giant, thick tenderloin! A comfortable seating area with games to play with the kids while you wait for your meal. Friendly staff that makes you feel welcome and like you're a priority. The ice cream treats they offer are so incredible you'll wish you had eaten less so don't save it for dessert.Kid-friendliness: There are games to play with the kids, a kids menu, and ice cream options that children will love! They even brought in Santa Claus for the children the other day.Parking: There is free parking in front of the restaurant and along the side of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp that can be used to access the restaurant and plenty of open area for a wheelchair to be pushed up to table.”
“Love this place. They hustle, however, can take time. But it's a good thing. Service is 4 because friendliness of owner. Should be very nice and outgoing with a new place. I recommend it. Limited space so plan accordingly ?”
“Although I only stopped in for a pick-up order, I was impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. The aroma of freshly prepared dishes greeted me as soon as I entered, adding to the anticipation of my meal. The packaging was neat and secure, ensuring that my food arrived home in perfect condition. I can't wait to dine in and experience the full ambiance and flavors of this establishment next time.”
“Cool place. Unique. Not like any other place around here. Friendly staff. Fun games and indoor putt putt .Parking: Some spots out front and a lot behind the building”
“Wonderful venue with beautiful building and stunning view. Great selection of wines with many having won multiple awards. We were the only ones there on a Thursday afternoon and it was perfect. Matt, the owner and vintner, was able to spend time answering my many questions and educating us about the grapes and wine making process. Rates at the top of my wine tasting experiences.”
“Great little diner. Had the mushroom and Swiss burger. Burger was fresh and juicy but not greasy at all. Fries were cooked perfect. The homemade strawberry shortcake was delicious! Server was very friendly.”
“Food was good, had chicken fried steak, was cooked good not overcooked, and prime rib, could have had some temperature heat on it,flavor was very good...service was good..pricing was ”
“One of our favorite places to go. 5 stars from us. Service is always exceptional and food always very good. Had the meatloaf today and it was great. Been awhile since we had been able to be there and yet we were treated like loved friends who had been missed. Thanks,Tabitha and the other servers, for such warm welcomes and great service. See you all again soon.”
“best "american mexican" restaurant in quincy. if you are looking for delicious food, great service and worth your money margaritas this is it! if you're looking for authentic mexican cusine, unfortunately despite the other amazing qualities at el ranch- authentic mexican food is not on their menu. there are MANY options and variations but, it doesn't compare to the authenticity others offer. fried ice cream, margs, freshly warm chips, salsa and queso. 10/10 been my go to for almost 20 years”
“Great prices, food is always hot and delicious. Service is excellent, they evidently do a great local business because everyone in their seem to know each other! Clean everywhere it and friendly people!”
“Depending on when you go will depend on service and food quality. I ate here 3 times over the weekend and both times during the day the service was good and so was the food. Saturday night I ate late and while the service was ok the food wasn't. I ordered the Tenderloin sandwich & fries. My sandwich was overcooked and absolutely plain. They forget the lettuce, onion, pickle etc. The meat itself was kinda bland but the bun it's served on was great. I also ordered the Better Made type sandwich for lunch Saturday and found it to be very greasy, not much flavor and it was cold. I mentioned it to the very nice lady working and she immediately took care of the temperature issue. Sunday for lunch I ordered the Double Up Burger and its was absolutely delicious, it's without a doubt the best burger I've had in a long time. Sunday night I had the Shrimp Po' boy, it was good. There is also a more formal restaurant in the same building BUT for me the menu options, food quality and prices here were exactly what I was looking for. This little restaurant is located inside the Mark Twain casino.”
