I would like to start by saying I found out that the Kitchen Manager and the Pitmaster are the owners, and it definitely shows in the quality of food. I started with the smoked wings smoky and crispy. They have a plethora of sauces to try, 16 sauces total. For the main course I. had the St. Louis ribs, the best ribs I have ever had. French fries are fresh-cut and delicious. by far the best restaurants in Lebanon. i will be returning the next time I'm in town.
We stopped in Lebanon on our way to Oklahoma. We were looking for some good authentic home cooked food and we found it. The grouper sandwich is fresh and hand made not frozen. The fries hand cut not frozen, the wings are SMOKED ?. The owner greeted us himself, helped me play the the electric board game, which was also super fun . We had a great experience
