“Went on a busy Saturday afternoon. Was able to have lunch, even though I was gluten-free because they had options which was fantastic. The sandwich was large and didn’t fall apart.As a non-coffee drinker, I was able to have options and still get some fun drinks like the Nitro Arnold Palmer.We sat at the counter, but there was plenty of seating, and even an additional conference room, and lots of people having mini book clubs, or studying or working on their computers.“

Immediately greeted as we walked through the door & communication was on point with the barista. There was only 1 person working but that doesn't mean the food or drink was rushed, each drink was made as if that's the only the only customer, & the service did not change despite the sudden rush towards closing.“

“I started to panic because my normal coffee shop was closed, which brought me to try this location. I do not like the prevalent main stream coffee chains. Also they have a huge back outdoor seating area that's super nice when the weather permits. “Overall it was a solid ice cream shop. It was inviting and the employees were friendly and kind. For me there were a few too many froufrou flavors. I am more of a plain flavor guy without the bubblegum, mango, cheesecake, or birthday cake flavors. I was also disappointed in their website because they did not display their menu when I clicked on it. It says "there are currently no menus to display." In today's digital age you definitely need a good website or app to showcase your store. Please keep your website up to date.“

“Oh I love Caribou. Never a disappointment. Today I had the Carmel Shaken Oatmilk Latte, with an extra shot. Yummy. Quick service and great to see the seating area open and being used. Did I say I highly recommend the Oatmilk Shaken espressos? Earlier this summer, they had an espresso tonic, which was also refreshing. Things I like about Caribou is that their beverages are not too sweet and they are creative in their new drink development. I only wish there were more Caribous in KC.“

“I have to leave a review after my experience. I was driving past this area around 9:30pm when I got a craving for coffee. I really didn’t want to come here because I figured the coffee couldn’t be any good coming out of a building with no place for customers to sit and seemingly made by teenagers. Boy was I wrong!! This coffee is excellent and this is coming from someone who regards the coffee in Italy as the best I’ve ever had. I got the 7Brew latte that comes with Irish cream and it was delicious. I took my mom by the next day telling her it was better than McLain’s coffee (and that place is sacred in our family) and she tried the same drink and was floored. She then went back the next day. Long story short don’t judge a book by its cover. This place doesn’t look like much, kinda likes a car wash, but the coffee is top notch and now our #1 place in the KC Metro area ❤️.“
